Focus Home Interactive today announced that Swing Swing Submarine has started development of Seasons after Fall for consoles. The story-driven pluzzle platformer is already available on PC, and will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in early 2017.
At Tokyo Game Show earlier today, Capcom confirmed several new details about the Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour demo. Currently available exclusively to PlayStation Plus subscribers, it broke records as the most downloaded demo in the first seven days of its release on PlayStation 4. Capcom shared that the demo has just recently reached over 3 million downloads worldwide to date. It was also announced that the demo will receive a brand new update that allows players to explore more of the mysterious, derelict mansion. This new “Twilight” version will be available today, September 15th, and will be available for all PS4 users to download.
A new trailer is also available today, which provides a look at some of the combat that can be expected in Resident Evil 7, as well as a far from appetizing feast to remember with the highly disturbed Baker family.
Pre-orders for Resident Evil 7 are currently available in both standard and deluxe versions on PlayStation 4. The deluxe edition was previously available for pre-order for $79.99 which included the main game and a season pass containing access to two additional playable story episodes which will be launching after the title’s release on January 24th. Capcom confirmed today that the deluxe edition has been upgraded to include another playable story episode bringing the total of additional pieces of content to three and the price will be updated to $89.99 beginning today. Anyone who previously pre-ordered the digital deluxe edition from the PlayStation Store will automatically be upgraded to the new deluxe edition at no additional charge.
All pre-order customers will receive a Survival Pack which includes consumable healing items, an early unlock of the insanely difficult Madhouse mode, and a mysterious Lucky Coin in-game defense item. In addition, North American pre-orders for the PS4 version on the PlayStation Store will instantly receive a dynamic theme for PS4. Pre-orders for Xbox One and Steam digital releases will be available in the coming weeks.
Bandai Namco today announced Digimon World: Next Order is coming to the Americas in early 2017 exclusively for the PlayStation 4 in both digital and boxed-retail versions.
Digimon World: Next Order begins when players are sucked into the Digital World to discover it is under siege by Machinedramons. Rescued by two Digimon from impending doom, players must forge forward with their Digimon partners and journey through the Digital World to discover the origins of the Machinedramon scourge and find a way back to the real world. Along the way, players will nurture and train their Digimon partners for battle as they progress through the game. Digimon World: Next Order contains over 200 Digimon for players to meet, recruit, and interact with throughout their adventure. Digimon World: Next Order will also give players the choice of playing as either a male or female protagonist and enable players to explore the Digital World with two Digimon partners for the first time in franchise history. The key to finding a way back to the real world and stopping the Digital World from total destruction at the hands of Machinedramons will lie in building strong bonds and providing effective training for each Digimon.
To coincide with the start of Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix revealed a new Final Fantasy XV trailer setting the stage for the game’s story. With their homeland invaded, Noctis and friends escape danger and set out on their journey through the land of Eos. The trailer also introduces characters that players will be encountering in the opening chapters of the game.
Final Fantasy XV will be available November 29th for Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
Activision has released the official Destiny: Rise of Iron launch trailer. Available September 20th, Destiny: Rise of Iron includes a new cinematic story campaign, a new location ‘The Plaguelands’ to explore, a brand new social space ‘Felwinter Peak’, a new six-player Raid, new and remastered three-player co-operative Strikes, and even more ways to customize your Guardian with all-new weapons and gear.
Lince Works and Sony Interactive Entertainment today announced that the third-person stealth game Aragami is set for release on October 4th. The game will be available physically and as a digital download on PlayStation 4 and PC.

Ubisoft today announced that Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection will be available on November 15th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
