Call of Duty: WWII is Available Now

Activision today announced that Call of Duty: WWII is available now digitally and at retailers worldwide for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game marks Call of Duty’s return to where the franchise first began, World War II. The new title takes players to the frontlines of the greatest military conflict ever known, through a personal story of heroism and the unbreakable bond of brotherhood, in the fight to save the world from tyranny. Call of Duty: WWII also delivers a boost-on-the-ground multiplayer experience with new community-engaging features as well as a cooperative mode, Nazi Zombies.

Super Beat Sports Out Now on Switch

Harmonix Music Systems today released the sports-themed party game Super Beat Sports on Nintendo Switch for $14.99 via the Nintendo eShop.

Super Beat Sports dials up the fun of the original Beat Sports with a ton of Switch-exclusive features, including a totally new mini-game (Rhythm Racket), local multiplayer support for up to four players, improved UI, and a variety of bonus songs, costumes, bats and more. There is also a new Pro Mode for each mini game, introducing a challenge worthy of even the most rhythm-hardened veterans.

Dragon Ball FighterZ – Story Mode Trailer

Bandai Namco today released a brand-new trailer for Dragon Ball FighterZ, revealing more details about the story mode within the game.

Dragon Ball FighterZ’s story mode links players with the body and mind of Goku to discover what caused all the Dragon Ball warriors to lose consciousness when a group of warrior clones appeared. Players will play through three story arcs to uncover the nefarious plot behind this highly unusual situation.

Dragon Ball FighterZ will be available on January 26th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.

Season Finale of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Available November 7th

Telltale Games, along with Marvel Entertainment, today revealed the launch trailer for the fifth and final episode of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. Episode five, entitled ‘Don’t Stop Believin’,’ will be available starting November 7th for $4.99 USD or equivalent. Individual episodes, and the series as a whole, can be downloaded on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

In the aftermath of an unbearable sacrifice, the Guardians finally fracture. With her opposition in shambles, Hala renews her campaign of death and devastation, carving a path of indiscriminate destruction en route to Knowhere. Super Mario Odyssey Becomes Fastest-Selling Super Mario Game Ever

In just five days, the new Super Mario Odyssey video game for the Nintendo Switch sold more than 1.1 million units in the U.S. alone. That makes it the fastest-selling Super Mario game ever in the U.S., surpassing the New Super Mario Bros. Wii game. In addition, Super Mario Odyssey had the strongest launch day sales of any Super Mario game in Nintendo of Canada history. Super Mario Odyssey is also the fastest-selling game so far for Nintendo Switch.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection Coming December 5th

Telltale Games and Skybound Entertainment announced today that The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection will arrive in stores on December 5th, gathering all 19 episodes in the series onto one disc for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The collection will also be available digitally on both platforms starting that same day. The collection includes the recent third season, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, as well as visually enhanced versions of Season One, Season Two, 400 Days, and the three-part Michonne mini-series.

In addition to the announcement of this upcoming collection, Telltale also confirmed that Gary Whitta will be returning to Telltale’s writers room as a Story Consultant for the series’ upcoming fourth and final season. Whitta was part of the BAFTA-award winning team of writers on the first season of the Telltale series and will be collaborating with Telltale and the creative team at Skybound Entertainment on the final chapters of Clementine’s storyline.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 – Thor Vignette

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released a new LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 vignette spotlighting the latest gameplay inspired by Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok. In the video, fans can catch a glimpse of Thor donning his signature helmet, Hulk sporting his gladiator attire, and a host of other familiar movie-based characters such as Odin, Loki, Heimdall, and Surtur, as well as fan-favourite variants from across Marvel’s many universes and timelines, including Grandmaster, Thor Jane Foster, Throg, Beta Ray Bill, Red Hulk, Greenskyn Smashtroll, Maestro, and more. Also showcased is the mythical land of Asgard, home to the Asgardians, and one of 18 different Marvel locations featured in the game.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 will be available starting November 14th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
