505 Games today announced at the Game Developers’ Conference a partnership that will see the digitally-distributed PC versions of Control and Journey to the Savage Planet exclusively through the Epic Games Store for a period of 12 months. The PC release dates of both games will be announced later in 2019.
During today’s Epic keynote at the Game Developer Conference in San Francisco, publisher Funcom and the developers at The Bearded Ladies announced that Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is making its way to Nintendo Switch and that the date to mark in your calendar is June 25th. It was also announced that the Nintendo Switch version will come with an expansion DLC that will also be available for purchase on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Lastly, it was announced that a retail Deluxe Edition will also release on June 25th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch which will include both the base game and the expansion DLC.
Bandai Namco, in partnership with Double Fine Productions, today announced RAD, a 3D action rogue-like set in a post-post-apocalyptic world, where humanity has faced Armageddon not once, but twice. RAD will be available in Summer 2019 for Steam, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One.
In RAD, players take on the role of a teenage protagonist who must venture into the Fallow — an ever-changing, radioactive wasteland filled with unknown and unspeakable creatures. Devolver Digital rolled out some news in the latest Nintendo ‘Nindies Showcase’ at GDC with new looks at Katana ZERO and My Friend Pedro. Developer askiisoft has revealed that the time-bending ninja story Katana ZERO is coming to Nintendo Switch alongside PC on April 18th, while developer Deadtoast announced that My Friend Pedro hits Nintendo Switch and PC this June.
A new Nindies Showcase video today demonstrated the breadth of the Nintendo Switch indie library. This includes the revelation of the rhythmic action-adventure game Cadence of Hyrule – Crypt of the NecroDancer Featuring the Legend of Zelda from Brace Yourself Games. That’s in addition to announcements from indie houses like Devolver Digital, bringing system-exclusive content like Katana ZERO and My Friend Pedro, and new game reveals like RAD from Double Fine Productions.
To celebrate indie games, Nintendo is offering discounts of up to 30% on select indie games currently available in Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch. The sale runs from 10 a.m. PT on March 20th until 8:59 a.m. PT on March 27th, and includes games like Firewatch from Campo Santo Productions and Yoku’s Island Express from Villa Gorilla and Team 17.

Square Enix presents the feature length film, “The Making of a Tomb Raider.” Previously debuted as a unique in-cinema event, the Lara Croft inspired movie follows base jumper Clair Marie as she recreates action sequences from Tomb Raider.

Killing Floor: Double Feature will include the co-op, survival horror shooter Killing Floor 2 for PlayStation 4 and the VR survival horror shooter Killing Floor: Incursion for PlayStation VR.
