My Time at Portia Coming to Consoles on April 16th

Team17 and China based indie developer Pathea Games today announced that their sandbox simulation RPG, My Time at Portia, will be available on April 16th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. To celebrate the announcement, a new trailer has been released.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Rolls Out New “Lite” Version

Bandai Namco today announced Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 “Lite”, a free version of the game that will be available for download starting March 20th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

New players entering the Xenoverse 2 through the “Lite” version of the game will be able to experience the following:

  • Play five story episodes, ‘Raditz’s Attack’, ‘The Saiyan Threat’, ‘Ruckus on Planet Namek’, ‘The Ginyu Force Strikes’ and ‘The Galactic Emperor’, from the main game;
  • Take part in Online Battles and Online Quests – with the option to play against those with the full version of the game (Online events and expert missions will remain exclusive to owners of the full game);
  • Compete in Hero Colosseum mode, with all content and online matches;
  • Additionally, players will be able to transfer saved data from the “Lite” version to the full game if they choose to purchase the full version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

Gwent: Crimson Curse – Trailer

CD Projekt Red present a brand new trailer for Crimson Curse, the upcoming first expansion for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. In addition to exploring the dark lore of Crimson Curse, the trailer offers gamers their first in-action look at some of the new cards, abilities, and mechanics coming to Gwent when the expansion releases later this month. In total, the expansion will add more than 100 new cards across all of Gwent’s playable factions.

Sega Unveils New Team Sonic Racing Content at SXSW Panel

Today at SXSW, Sega hosted their annual, “Gotta Go Fast: The Official Sonic the Hedgehog,” panel, where the Sonic team discussed new elements from the forthcoming arcade-style racing experience, Team Sonic Racing.

One of the highlights of today’s panel was the reveal of the first full episode of Team Sonic Racing Overdrive, a two-part series developed by Tyson Hesse and Neko Productions that takes on a similar animation style as the Sonic Mania Adventures web series. The first episode features Team Sonic, Team Rose and Team Dark as they face off at Wisp Circuit. Watch as the teams race against the diabolical Dr. Eggman and attempt to outsmart his sneaky tricks and disastrous distractions to make it to the finish line.

In addition, check out the best ways to customize your ride in a new spotlight episode featuring Sonic Series Producer Takashi Iizuka. Explore the customization menu to get a peek at how to obtain and use mod pods, power ups and other personalization options like paint job alterations, new vehicle skins and custom horns. By earning in-game credits, players can venture to the garage to unlock parts for the front of their car, the rear or the wheels, allowing for alterations to the vehicle’s performance and handling.

Team Sonic Racing is set to release May 21st on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Today, Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, the second chapter of the franchise, is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, including Standard, Golf, Ultimate and Collector’s editions.

Set seven months after a deadly virus was released in New York City, The Division 2 brings players into a fractured and collapsing Washington D.C. The world is on the brink, its people living through the biggest crisis ever faced in human history. As veteran Division agents, players are the last hope against the complete fall of society as enemy factions vie for control of the city. If Washington D.C. is lost, the entire nation falls.

One Piece: World Seeker is Now Available

Bandai Namco has released One Piece: World Seeker for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Take control of Monkey D. Luffy, the protagonist of the One Piece manga and anime franchise, as he explores Prison Island in an attempt to find his crew mates, help the island locals, and ultimately take on the Navy controlling the island.
