Space Run Galaxy Announced

spacerungalaxy

Focus Home Interactive and Passtech Games are joining forces again to release Space Run Galaxy on PC this year. Space Run Galaxy is the sequel to 2014’s Space Run, the game from one-man studio Passtech. By twisting the tower-defense game style, Space Run offered a real-time spaceship construction strategy experience. Space Run Galaxy expands and refines the original’s gameplay, and introduces a persistent online universe.

Set 20 years after the original game, Captain Buck Mann has now set up his very own intergalactic courier service. You’re a member of Mann’s team of space runners, racing to deliver precious goods from planet to planet. Reinforce your modular ships with armaments including laser turrets, missile launchers and energy shields, while leaving enough room for your cargo. Fly fast – the quicker you arrive at your destination, the better the rewards.

Space Run Galaxy will release on PC in 2016.

Final Two Battleborn Heroes Introduced

2K and Gearbox Software today introduced Kleese and El Dragón, the final two heroes for the upcoming hero-shooter Battleborn, which launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 3rd.

Kleese and El Dragón have two things in common: they both depend on the Last Light Consortium’s (LLC) technology to help them kick ass, and they’re both the most absolutely absurd heroes to join the Battleborn’s fight to save the last star in the universe. But where the cantankerous robotics genius Kleese hates getting his hands dirty, El Dragón would love nothing more than to grapple his enemies with his powerful new cybernetic limbs. Kleese was once director of Minion Robotics and is never without his made-to-order Battle Throne, complete with a smooth gliding propulsion system, an assortment of the finest cannons and tasers, defensive Energy Rift shield system and a miniature black hole generator. El Dragón, the champion space Luchador, recently lost his arms in a professional wrestling match against the demented robotic artificial intelligence, ISIC. Ironically enough, the LLC patched him up with robotic arms and now El Dragón is more dangerous than ever, featuring a plethora of trademark moves like the Dragon Splash, a double arm clothesline, and his finisher En Fuego. He may have lost the title fight to ISIC, but El Dragón still considers himself the Undisputed Champ, and that swagger helps him increase his robotic power with every kill he makes.
