Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released the next video in a series of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens character vignettes spotlighting BB-8, the lovable astromech droid and loyal companion of Resistance pilot Poe Dameron. The video showcases BB-8’s LEGO character in full form through key gameplay moments, cinematic cutscenes and authentic audio, all with signature LEGO humor.
LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released on June 28th.
Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios announced the newest expansion for Neverwinter, Storm King’s Thunder. In the tenth expansion for the free-to-play Dungeons & Dragons-based MMORPG, adventurers will experience a unique story about the rise of giants, based on the upcoming storyline from Wizards of the Coast. This expansion will be available for PC in August with content coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at a later date.
Similar to the Storm King’s Thunder adventure coming from Dungeons & Dragons later this year, Neverwinter: Storm King’s Thunder sees giants invade the world of Neverwinter. Adventurers will travel north to Bryn Shander – the heart of the Ten Towns – to investigate the sudden presence of frost giants in the region. Expansion content will bring players through three new adventure zones as they team up with popular characters from Dungeons & Dragons lore, including Catti-brie, Wulfgar and Harshnag.
Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios announced that Neverwinter – the Dungeons & Dragons-based, free-to-play MMORPG – is coming to PlayStation 4 this summer.
When it arrives on PlayStation 4, Neverwinter will feature all existing content from the base game, including eight playable classes and nine expansions. This includes the game’s latest update, The Maze Engine. Neverwinter on PS4 will be free-to-play for all console owners (PlayStation Plus not required) and features controls optimized to incorporate the DualShock 4’s touchpad and Party Chat integration.
Techland, the Poland-based company best known as the developer of Dying Light, Dead Island, and the Call of Juarez series, has announced its move into the international publishing market as Techland Publishing, with the goal of releasing 2 major multiplatform titles and 4 in digital distribution each year. The first game to be released under Techland Publishing will be announced soon.

XSEED Games today announced that the PC version of its previously PlayStation Vita-exclusive entry in the Senran Kagura series of busty beat-’em-up games, Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, is now available on Steam. The PC version includes all DLC from the game’s Vita release free of charge and boasts HD textures alongside a smooth 60fps framerate. To sweeten the deal, the game is being offered at 10% off its regular list price of $29.99 for the first week after launch.
NIS America today announced that Criminal Girls 2: Party Favors will be available on the PlayStation Vita on September 20th.
In addition to the original gameplay mechanics in the first game, Criminal Girls: Invite Only, Criminal Girls 2: Party Favors implements a brand new skill tree that will allow you to guide the growth of the girls along either S or M path known as the Coaching System.
The game will be available from select retailers and the NISA Online Store. The NISA Online Store will have an exclusive Party Bag available which includes bonus items not found anywhere else.
In the latest Livelock trailer, Kevin Neibert, lead game designer at Tuque Games, dives into the details about the cooperative apocalypse experience shown during PAX East 2016. The walkthrough video highlights some combat functions of each character as well as the unpredictability of enemies that will require players to strategically approach combat when playing the upcoming top-down shooter.
Livelock will launch in 2016 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
