The Giant, a remake of Der Riese, one of the all-time fan favorite Treyarch Zombies maps, is now available for a la carte purchase for Call of Duty: Black Ops III players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC for $5.99. The Giant was previously only available as a bonus, included with the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Juggernog Edition, Hardened Edition and Digital Deluxe Editions as well as part of the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Season Pass, but is now available as a stand-alone offering for Zombies fans.
The Giant takes players back to a secret research facility of Treyarch’s classic Der Riese Zombies map, picking up the Zombies story with classic characters Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen and Takeo.
Additionally, The Giant is now available for individual purchase on PlayStation 3 for $5.99, with availability on other last gen platforms to follow.

Atlus and ACE Team announced Rock of Ages II: Bigger and Boulder, the sequel to the action tower defense game, coming this fall to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as a digital title. In the game, players will explore the uniquely artistic worlds, and take turns in defensive and offensive roles in an attempt to smash open the enemy’s castle and crush their dreams of ruling the world (by crushing their corporeal form).
One of the major changes to the gameplay in Rock of Ages II is the emphasis on co-op and competitive play, where up to four players can strategically plan their victory by way of merciless destruction via boulder. There’s also been a complete revamp of how resources are accrued in the game, so players will not just have to defend their own castles, but resource nodes as well.
XSEED Gameshas announced that it will be expanding its North American lineup with three choice indie titles in the coming months. Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity for the PlayStation 4, Exile’s End for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Wii U, and physical edition of WayForward Technologies’ crowdfunded Shantae: Half-Genie Hero for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Wii U, are all scheduled to release later this year.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst launches June 7th, but EA Access and Origin Access members can start running with Faith now on Xbox One and PC, respectively, before it is released.
Members can explore the city of Glass early and try out the unique movement and combat gameplay for up to six hours with 10 missions and two districts. The Play First Trial also includes Social Play, an asynchronous multiplayer mode where players can challenge their Runner friends to their own Time Trials or place Beat L.E. within Glass for others to find. For those who decide to continue Faith’s story in Glass once Mirror’s Edge Catalyst releases, they’ll be able to pick up right where they left off – all the progress made carries over.
