Microsoft today revealed the Xbox Games with Gold offering for December. On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold members can download Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition throughout December. Outlast is also being offered starting December 16th through January 15th. On Xbox 360 and Xbox One with Backward Compatibility, starting December 1st, Outland will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through December 15th. Then on December 16th, Xbox Live Gold members can download Burnout Paradise for free through December 31st.
Electronic Arts today announced that Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players can enjoy FIFA 17 for free this entire upcoming weekend. Beginning 10 AM PT Thursday, November 24th and running through 11:59 PM PT Sunday, November 27th, all game modes will be available to enjoy, headlined by the all-new cinematic story mode, The Journey. FIFA 17 will also be on sale until November 28th for up to 40% off, with all progress from the Free Trial carrying over so players can pick up right where they left off.

Electronic Arts today announced a new NHL 17 content update available for download now. Included in the update is 11 all-new goal celebrations and new goalie animations that make it easier to cover the post and prevent short-side goals. In Creation Zone, new logos and uniforms have been added including the LA Kings alternate uniform, Philadelphia Flyers alternate uniform and the Winnipeg Jets Classic Uniform.

Telltale Games today announced the premiere date for The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series – A New Frontier, the third season in the series.
The first of five episodes in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series – A New Frontier will premiere digitally starting December 20th on PC from the Telltale Online Store, Steam, and other digital distribution services, on the Xbox Games Store for Xbox One and Xbox 360, and on the PlayStation Network for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
Beginning February 7th, the series will also be available for purchase on a special ‘Season Pass Disc’ for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, which will include the premiere episode for the third season, as well as access to all subsequent episodes in the five episode season for download as they become available.
PlayStation 4 users can pre-order the digital version by visiting the product page on the digital store. As a special bonus, PS4 digital pre-orders also receive a complementary copy of The Walking Dead: Season Two and The Walking Dead: Michonne.
Koei Tecmo announced today the upcoming release of Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita alongside a brand-new teaser trailer. Slated to release in Spring 2017, the 18th entry to GUST’s Atelier franchise takes place after the events of 2016’s Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book, expanding on the series’ narrative.
The second entry in the ‘Mysterious’ saga follows the adventures of the enthusiastic Firis Mistlud and her loving older sister Liane Mistlud. The Mistlud sisters have lived their entire lives in the isolated town of Ertona, where Firis uses her unique ability to see where crystals of materials are buried. By way of a fateful encounter, Firis learns of the Alchemy Exam and decides to take her first step into the outside world, setting off on a grand journey to become a certified alchemist and discover the mysteries that life has to offer. Players will experience a vast world with towns, environments and other locations reaching up to ten times the size of those featured in Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book.
The second expansion for Tom Clancy’s The Division, Survival, is now available on Xbox One and PC, and will be released for PlayStation 4 on December 20th. Survival is included in The Division Season Pass but can also be purchased separately.
As New York is hit by a devastating snowstorm, The Division agents receive intel about some powerful anti-virals left behind in the Dark Zone, that could help stem the spread of the pandemic. But before they manage to reach their destination, the agents’ chopper is taken down by the intensifying weather.
To survive and reach their objective, players face the most extreme conditions and have to manage cold, disease, hunger and thirst. Finding warm clothes, crafting supplies, scavenging for food, water, and medicine are key for agents to make their way to the antidote. But with 23 other players struggling to survive and to find the cure, resources are scarce. Competition between agents will lead many to fall on their way to the Dark Zone. Besides this hostile environment, another deadly threat is prowling in the Dark Zone and preying on The Division: the Hunter, a swift advanced enemy who displays proudly the watches of the agents he has killed.
In Survival, players will be able to choose to enable either PvP or PvE. In PvP, while the Rogue mechanic does not apply, agents can fight against or cooperate with other players in every corner of New York, even outside of the Dark Zone. As PvP comes with additional risks, it also comes with additional rewards, in the form of a bonus multiplier to the total score. In PvE, players will be able to play in cooperation with other players, and PvP is disabled, even in the Dark Zone.
Free update 1.5 will include a new world tier for all activities, world tier five, as well as six new high-end named gear pieces, three high-end named weapons and 12 new weapon types.
2K today announced the WWE 2K17 Legends Pack is now available as DLC on the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 systems, as well as Xbox Live for Xbox One and Xbox 360, enabling access to playable WWE Legends Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, Eddie Guerrero, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Sycho Sid and Tatanka. The Legends Pack is available for $8.99.
THQ Nordic today released Darksiders Warmastered Edition – the remaster of the original Darksiders game – on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version will be released on November 29th, while the Wii U version will follow at a later date.
