The survival horror game Resident Evil Revelations debuts on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One digitally and at retail today for $19.99. This entry stars series’ veterans Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield as they investigate the reportedly abandoned “Queen Zenobia” cruise ship. A Nintendo Switch release of both Resident Evil Revelations and its follow up Resident Evil Revelations 2 will also be available in late 2017.
Sega today announced that Yakuza Kiwami, the HD remake of the PlayStation 2 classic Yakuza, is now available physically and digitally on the PlayStation 4 for $29.99.
Microsoft Studios today launched ReCore Definitive Edition on Xbox One, Windows 10 and Xbox Game Pass. This Definitive Edition adds enhanced visuals (increased resolution and HDR support), a brand-new adventure, “Eye of Obsidian”, new weapon modes for Joule, new gear for all Corebots, more enemy types, the T8-NK Corebot (“Tank”) and many other gameplay and performance enhancements.
During the GameStop Expo in Las Vegas, Nintendo announced a special edition of Fire Emblem Warriors for the Nintendo Switch and a dual pack of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon for the Nintendo 3DS. Both will be available this fall.
Fire Emblem Warriors Special Edition
This special edition comes with the Nintendo Switch game, plus three CDs with music from the game. Fans also will receive character art cards on 5-by-7-inch premium card stock, and a slip case to hold the cards. Finally, the special edition will come with a dual-sided poster showing the first Fire Emblem games the characters appeared in. One side of the poster will be in English, while the other will be in Japanese. The special edition for Nintendo Switch goes on sale October 20th at a SRP of $99.99, the same day the game launches for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS.
Pokémon Ultra Sun & Pokémon Ultra Moon Veteran Trainer’s Dual Pack
This dual pack, which will be available exclusively at EB Games, includes both the Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon games for the Nintendo 3DS, as well as 16 art cards. Fans also will receive a digital download card for 200 Poké Balls. This special dual pack goes on sale November 17th at a SRP of $99.99.
Rockstar Games today announced that Smuggler’s Run, the latest update to GTA Online is available now as a free download on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
Smuggler’s Run adds new, customizable aircraft, vehicles and clothing options along with a new Hangar property from which stage missions, complete with a new Cuban 800 light plane, living quarters and an optional aircraft workshop, and much more.
Alongside Smuggler’s run comes a new Adversary Mode; Motor Wars. Combining elements of Penned In and Drop Zone, Motor Wars is a battle for survival, where teams race against the clock to locate Weaponized Vehicles and hunt down opponents inside an ever-shrinking kill box.

Interactive Entertainment today released a new video for Middle-earth: Shadow of War, showcasing the Marauder tribe, a faction of Orcs who specialize in pillaging and feasting on whatever they conquer, leaving only splinters and bones behind. For the Marauder tribe, battles are just a prelude to the real action—toasting the Dark Lord’s power over the sweet taste of grog.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War will be available for Xbox One X, Xbox One, Windows 10 PC (Windows Store and Steam), PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro beginning October 10th.
Maximum Games has officially launched Dead Alliance, the shooter that lets players unleash zombies against one another in battle. The game is available today at retailers and digitally on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC for $39.99. The “Rapid Dominance” Day One Edition is available today at retailers only, and contains three bonus loadouts featuring unique multiplayer weapons and perks.
Players can also pick up Dead Alliance: Multiplayer Edition, containing only the game’s multiplayer content, for $24.99 via the PlayStation Store, Xbox Games Store and Steam.

Koei Tecmo today announced the launch of Warriors All-Stars, now available for the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. Featuring a wide selection of characters from various Koei Tecmo game franchises such as Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden, Kasumi from Dead or Alive, William from Nioh, Yukimura Sanada from Samurai Warriors, and Zhao Yun from Dynasty WArriors, Warriors All-Stars summons a diverse array of champions to save a mysterious land at the brink of destruction in the middle of a clash for control.
Tripwire Interactive, in collaboration with Deep Silver and Iceberg Interactive, today announced that their co-op sci-fi horror FPS game, Killing Floor 2, is available now for Xbox One for $39.99.
Killing Floor 2 will also support new features that take advantage of the Xbox One X, due out this November. An update for Xbox One X owners will be available at the platform launch, and will include enhancements for 4k support, increased performance, high resolution textures, shadow maps and increased shadow-fade-out distance.
