Daedalic Entertainment today announced a partnership with Middle-earth Enterprises to develop and publish The Lord of the Rings – Gollum. This all-new action adventure title will remain true to the vision laid out in J.R.R Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings and will also explore new events and details related to Gollum’s journey. The Lord of the Rings – Gollum is set for release in 2021 on PC and all relevant console platforms at that time.
Indie developer No Code and publisher Devolver Digital have announced the sci-fi thriller Observation will release May 21st on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 4.

Team17 today announced their partnership with Moi Rai Games as Monster Sanctuary joins their games label. In Monster Sanctuary, players collect, train and battle monsters in a pixel world. Following a successful Kickstarter campaign, Monster Sanctuary will be heading to Steam Early Access later this year.
Grinding Gear Games announced today that their RPG, Path of Exile is finally available for the PlayStation 4. Path of Exile will be completely free-to-play. The premiere of Path of Exile on the PlayStation 4 will also include Grinding Gear’s first expansion of 2019, Synthesis.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios today revealed the new Mortal Kombat 11 Old Skool vs. New Skool Trailer, showcasing a variety of past and present characters from the Mortal Kombat history who meet up as part of the time-bending new narrative. Through the story mode, players take on the role of numerous fighters from different eras, culminating in the ultimate generational clash as current characters collide with their alternate selves.
Mortal Kombat 11 will be available beginning April 23rd for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
Activision today announced that Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will feature remastered content from the original Crash Nitro Kart (CNK) when it arrives on June 21st. Developed by Beenox, the bonus CNK content will include all thirteen of the game’s tracks which have been adapted to match the original CTR experience. Additionally, remastered karts, battle arenas and battle modes from the original CNK will be included in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
Revolution Software announced it has reunited with comic book artist Dave Gibbons to create Beyond a Steel Sky, the follow-up to classic 90’s dystopian cyberpunk adventure Beneath a Steel Sky.
