Bandai Namco today announced that it will be hosting a Closed Network Test for Code Vein later this month on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The Closed Network Test will give players the opportunity to create their own character, play through the opening segment of Code Vein, and experience an online co-op dungeon. Code Vein will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam later in 2019.
On May 15th, classic NES games Donkey Kong Jr., Clu Clu Land and VS. Excitebike are coming to the Nintendo Entertainment System – Nintendo Switch Online collection, bringing its total number of games to more than 40.
Today, Electronic Arts announced that it is bringing EA Access to the PlayStation 4. Starting this July, players can sign-up for a monthly subscription ($4.99 USD), or an annual subscription ($29.99) through PlayStation Store. Membership in EA Access lets players experience Play First Trials, where they can play up to 10 hours of most new EA games. Subscribers also enjoy a 10% discount on full game purchases, expansions, in-game items and more.
Curve Digital and IronOak Games today announced that the rogue-like RPG For The King is now available on PlayStation 4, and will be available on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One this week for $24.99. All platforms will receive a 20% launch discount (lasting two weeks).
Pac-Man gets his own hyper-stylized figurine from Bandai Namco and pop artist Richard Orlinski. The premium-quality resin figuring, which stands 7-inches tall, is available now for pre-order and is scheduled to be released in June 2020.

Developer Digital Eclipse and publisher Other Ocean today announced that SNK 40th Anniversary Collection, the definitive collection of arcade and console hits from SNK, has launched for the Xbox One as a digital download, priced at $39.99 USD. This Xbox One version exclusively includes the fan-requested classic game, Baseball Stars, the first time this game has been part of the collection.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and IO Interactive today released the Hitman 2 Elusive Target mission, The Undying Returns, starring actor Sean Bean, who returns as former MI5 agent turned freelance assassin, Mark Faba. Starting today, players have until June 3rd to take out Mark Faba in this high-stakes contract that can only be tried once. This is also a new chance for those who have attempted to eliminate Mark Faba in the past.
Bigben and Frogwares have released a new gameplay video showing A Delicate Matter, a mission from The Sinking City that can be started a few hours into the game. The video shows how the main investigation mechanics work.
The Sinking City will be available June 27th on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
