Interactive Entertainment has released LEGO The Lord of the Rings Developer Diary #2: The Fellowship Rises, showing how TT Games is bringing the characters and events of The Lord of the Rings films to life in a video game. LEGO The Lord of the Rings will be available on October 30th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo DS and 3DS, PlayStation Vita, and PC.
505 Games has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network version of Terraria. Already a hit for the PC, the block-building game will be making its console debut soon, including brand new content for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network players.
Team Ninja today released downloadable content for Dead or Alive 5. Available now for free download via the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace, Costume Pack 1 opens up a variety of new costumes that add even more flash and sizzle to select fighters on the DOA 5 roster.

Konami today announced that New Little King’s Story is now available for download from the PlayStation Store for the PlayStation Vita. The classic RPG comes to the handheld system for the first time, featuring enhanced graphics and features.
Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have released the second in their series of Final Hours of Tomb Raider: Origins of a Story. Hosted by Zachary Levi, this episode dives into the heart of Tomb Raider through an exploration of character development and narrative. Featuring lead writer Rhianna Pratchett, narrative designer John Stafford, and creative director Noah Hughes, the trio elaborate on the responsibility of reimagining Lara Croft. Tomb Raider is slated to launch on March 5th, 2013.
Electronic Arts announced that Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection, a compilation of all 17 games in the real-time strategy franchise, is available today at retailers nationwide and digitally on Origin. Updated for Windows 7 and Windows Vista, Command & Conquer The Ultimate Collection is available for $49.99 and will also give strategy gamers early access to the upcoming beta for the new Command & Conquer coming in 2013.
Ubisoft today announced the Khyber Strike DLC pack, the third Ghost Recon: Future Soldier DLC package. Khyber Strike will feature three new multiplayer maps, a new multiplayer game mode called “Takeover,” a new Guerrilla Mode co-op map, new achievements, and an increased level cap. Telltale Games has released the official trailer for The Walking Dead: Episode Four – Around Every Corner. The episode will be launching later this month on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, followed shortly by the finale in Episode Five, ‘No Time Left.’ Each episode, together as a five part series, will also be launching at retail later this year.
