XSEED Games announced today that the dungeon-crawling RPG title, Unchained Blades, will be released on January 3rd for the Nintendo 3DS as a digital download on the Nintendo eShop for $29.99.
Unchained Blades is a role-playing game that utilizes a first-person perspective and is set in a monster-filled world. The game was directed by Toshio Akashi of the Lunar series, while the story was penned by Grandia series veteran Takashi Hino.

Realta Entertainment today announced that bass guitarist Bootsy Collins has joined the upcoming music video game BandFuse: Rock Legends as an in-game Master Instructor and mentor for the Bass Mode. The Funkmaster of Bass will provide instruction, advice and tips for both novice and accomplished bassists. His input ranges from the basics of how to play bass, to the path of becoming a successful musician. Bootsy has also contributed the original track ‘Rock Bandit’ for inclusion in the game’s set list. BandFuse: Rock Legends will be available in Spring 2013 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Capcom today confirmed that DmC Devil May Cry will be available for digital download for PC on January 25th.
Developed by QLOC S.A. for PC, DmC Devil May Cry will include full AMD support, including AMD Eyefinity multi-display technology and AMD CrossFire technology. These technologies allow gamers to harness the power of two or more graphics cards, reinforcing the visuals of the game and increasing the game’s performance.
DmC Devil May Cry for PC will be compatible with both keyboard and mouse, Xbox 360 controller and all third party direct input controllers.
Gamers that download DmC Devil May Cry via Steam will be able to take full advantage of features such as Cloud saving, achievements, friends support and leaderboards.
Visceral Games today announced Dead Space 3 will support Kinect for the Xbox 360. The all-new Kinect functionality allows players to use simple voice commands to help a friend. Dead Space 3 featuring Kinect will make it easier for co-op partners to give each other health or ammo, find objectives, revive one another and more when the game launches on February 5th.
