EA and Crytek today announced Crysis 3: The Lost Island multiplayer DLC pack. Showcasing four new maps, two additional multiplayer modes – Frenzy and Possession – and new weapons, Crysis 3: The Lost Island will be available starting June 4th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC for $14.99 (1200 MS Points).
In Crysis 3: The Lost Island, traces of a mysterious alien presence have been discovered on a small island in the Philippines 200 miles from Ling Shan. Rebel forces have been dispatched to destroy this unknown extraterrestrial entity before an elite CELL team has the chance to obtain it… by any means necessary.
Performance Designed Products today announced it has entered into a licensing agreement with Microsoft to design, manufacture and sell officially-licensed accessories for Xbox One. More information will be revealed prior to E3, and at E3 Expo June 11-13 in Los Angeles.
Games shown at the Electronic Entertainment Expo are usually playable only by the few industry insiders who make the trip to Los Angeles each year. But Nintendo and Best Buy are teaming up to make sure people across North America can get their hands on a select list of Nintendo’s E3 games. Demos of the games will be playable at 110 Best Buy locations, including 89 in the United States and 21 in Canada. The games will be playable 4-8 p.m. local time on Wednesday, June 12th, and 1-5 p.m. local time on Saturday, June 15th.

Blackbird Interactive is offering a first look at the gameplay for their upcoming sci-fi game, Hardware: Shipbreakers.
This first gameplay footage will show how the studio fully realizes the concept art into the actual gameplay visuals. In the trailer, players will get a glimpse of some of the action that can be expected from Hardware: Shipbreakers like commanding forces across the landscape of LM-27, scouting for wrecks ripe for the claiming before destroying their enemies.

Sega today announced details of the next Sonic the Hedgehog title to be published exclusively on Nintendo platforms. Sonic Lost World puts Sonic up to the challenge as he faces his most powerful enemy to date – and this time there are six of them to conquer! Sonic Lost World will be available for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS later this year.
Dr. Eggman has harnessed the power of six menacing creatures collectively known as the Deadly Six, but when the Deadly Six rise up against their master, Sonic has to unite with his arch nemesis in order to take on the new enemies head-on. Using his dynamic new parkour moves and improved Color Powers, Sonic must run, jump and race through a variety of ever-changing terrains in order to defeat the Deadly Six.
Alongside a single player adventure, the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions of Sonic Lost World will feature a range of competitive multiplayer modes. In addition, each platform will also contain distinctive features that take advantage of the consoles’ unique capabilities. Exclusive Wii U Color Powers can be controlled with the Wii U GamePad by tilting, touching, aiming and more. The full game can also be played using only the GamePad screen and will feature a two player support mode. Sonic Lost World for the Nintendo 3DS is the first handheld Sonic game ever to feature fully realized 3D levels which include exclusive Special Stages and Color Powers unique to Nintendo 3DS.
