Team17 today announced their partnership with Netherlands based independent developer Self Made Miracle to release Penarium on PC later this year.

Activision today announced the pre-order details for its upcoming third-person action adventure, Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark. All pre-orders through GameStop will gain access at launch to new characters and weapons in Escalation, the game’s wave-based, four-player cooperative multiplayer, survival mode.
GameStop pre-orders will earn the “Weathered Warrior Pack” DLC, which includes two characters – Thundercracker and Skywarp – both masters of combat in service of the Decepticons. The collection also delivers two new weapons: the distortion field-generating Glass Gas Cannon and the long-range, kinetic projectile-spitting Electro Bolter. These weapons will also be available for players’ use in the story-based Campaign and Escalation modes once they are unlocked. The Weathered Warrior Pack is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC only.

Microsoft today announced that May’s set of free games for Xbox Live Gold Members will be Dust: An Elysian Tail and Saints Row: The Third.
Starting May 1st, Dust: An Elysian Tail will be free for Xbox Live Gold Members through May 15th. Then on May 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download Saints Row: The Third for free.
Disney Interactive and Marvel Entertainment today announced Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes – the 2.0 edition of the hybrid toy and video game.
Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes features more than 20 new interactive figures from across the Marvel universe, original storylines penned by Marvel comic writer Brian Michael Bendis, and an all-new Toy Box mode that makes it easier for players to create and share their levels and mini-games. In addition, all characters and power discs from last year’s release of Disney Infinity will be compatible with the Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes Toy Box.
The Avengers’ Iron Man, Black Widow, Thor, Captain America, Hulk and Hawkeye will debut when the game launches this fall, along with additional Play Sets and characters from other Marvel and Disney franchises, which will be announced in the coming months. Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes will be available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360, Wii U and PC.
Abstraction Games today announced that the vampire vixen Rayne is back in the revamped PC release of BloodRayne Betrayal. Originally released in 2011 on consoles, the PC version features increased precision for Rayne’s movements, re-balanced puzzles and challenges, as well as additional checkpoints throughout. BloodRayne Betrayal is now available on Steam for $9.99.
