Frima Studio announced that its couch co-op platformer Chariot will arrive on PlayStation 4 on September 30th and Xbox One on October 1st, with launch dates for Wii U and Steam to be revealed soon.
In Chariot, a princess and her fiancé descend through the royal catacombs in order to find a burial place worthy of His Majesty. By using carefully selected power-ups and relying on their wits, players must learn how to solve each challenge ahead in order to proceed on the journey of an afterlife.
Firefly Studios announced that the castle building sequel Stronghold Crusader 2 is now available on Steam, with a Special Edition that includes Stronghold Crusader HD, ‘The Art of Stronghold Crusader 2’ digital art book and full soundtrack composed by Robert Euvino.

Disney Interactive and Marvel have launched Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes. The game is available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360, and the Wii U.
The Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes Starter Pack features the 2.0 game software, the Disney Infinity 2.0 Base, Marvel’s The Avengers Play Set with three character figures (Iron Man, Black Widow and Thor), two Toy Box Game Discs, a web code card and the all-new Toy Box 2.0. Marvel’s Spider-Man and Guardians of the Galaxy Play Sets, along with additional figures from those worlds, will be sold separately. All characters and Power Discs from last year’s release of Disney Infinity are compatible with Toy Box 2.0.
505 Games and Hidden Path Entertainment announced the launch of Defense Grid 2, the sequel to the 2008 tower defense game, Defense Grid: The Awakening. Defence Grid 2 introduces new worlds and threats to test player’s tower placement strategies in single-player mode, online player-versus-player and multiplayer co-op campaigns.
Defense Grid 2 is priced at $24.99 for digital download on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A special edition is also available on Steam for $29.99 and includes the digital book, The Art of Defense Grid 2; the ebook, The Making of Defense Grid 2: The Complete Story Behind the Game by Russ Pitts; and additional content including “A Matter of Endurance,” a new original audio story written by author Mary Robinette Kowal and performed by the English voice cast.

Ubisoft detailed the contents of the Season Pass for Assassin’s Creed Unity. From the busy streets of Paris to the dark and rural city of Saint Denis, the season pass allows players to further explore Arno’s story. Players will also be introduced to Assassin’s Creed Chronicles, a new Assassin’s Creed saga that takes players on adventures to lands and time periods previously unexplored by the franchise.
