Nude Maker, a game developer led by Hifumi Kouno, the creator of the horror-adventure franchise Clock Tower, has begun development of a brand-new horror game franchise, Project Scissors. This year is the 20th anniversary of Clock Tower, and the new game is to be a spiritual successor of the original franchise.
The game’s setting is aboard a luxurious cruise liner in the middle of the ocean. As the ship sails across the deep blue ocean, a series of gruesome and mysterious murders begins to take place, including those of the ship’s crew. Soon the ocean liner is crippled and adrift at sea, and has become an inescapable trap for the passengers. As a passenger of the ship, the player will be tasked with solving the murder mystery to ensure their own survival as well as the rest of the ‘innocent’ passengers.
The first ratings were released for NBA Live 15 as the Top 5 Point Guards were revealed. Leading the way with the top overall rating is the Los Angeles Clippers’ Chris Paul (94). Rounding out the ranks of the elite point guards are Steph Curry (92), Russell Westbrook (91), John Wall (90) and a 3-way tie between Derrick Rose, Tony Parker and NBA LIVE 15 cover athlete Damian Lillard, all coming in at 89 overall. Aksys Games announced that Arcana Heart 3: LOVE MAX!!!!, the newest fighting game from Arc System Works, is now available for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Arcana Heart 3: LOVE MAX!!!!! is an over-the-top 2D fighting game that features 23 “angels” with powerful arcana battling it out to save Japan from the nefarious Drexler Institute.
FromSoftware has saved its most challenging obstacles, enemies, and bosses for the final chapter in the journey that is the Dark Souls II The Lost Crowns trilogy. Dark Souls II’s Crown of the Ivory King DLC will be available on September 30th for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. New environments, enemies, traps, and bosses all conspire to defeat players as they embark on a journey to reclaim the crowns that Drangleic’s King Vendrick once owned. Crown of the Ivory King features yet another entirely different world within the Dark Souls II universe for players to explore with death and despair lying-in-wait around every corner.
Ubisoft announced that Rocksmith 2014 Edition will launch on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on November 4th.
Players will be able to use integrated streaming and capture features on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 to record and share their best performances, as well as show off their favorite custom tones from Tone Designer.
On PlayStation 4, Rocksmith 2014 Edition will support Remote Play through PlayStation Vita, where players can view songs at a locked mastery level without any scoring or input required; this is perfect for players looking to review a song in its entirety without feedback, study specific sections of songs or practice in another room when it’s more convenient.
Rocksmith 2014 Edition comes with more than 50 tracks; there are currently more than 300 additional songs available for purchase, with new add-on content added every week. For players making the jump to next-gen consoles, track libraries can be imported across Xbox 360 to Xbox One and PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4 without having to repurchase content or pay additional licensing costs.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released Gauntlet, a fully modernized reboot of the dungeon crawler, on Steam for PC, offering full support for SteamOS and the upcoming Steam Machines shipping next year. Developed by Arrowhead Game Studios, the game is available for $19.99.

Slender: The Arrival comes to consoles with brand new story elements and features extended levels that continue to unfold the Slender Man mythos.
