Majesco and Devolver Digital announced today that Shadow Warrior is now available in retail stores nationwide for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Shadow Warrior is a new vision of the 1997 cult classic, reimagined with a blend of modern design, combat mechanics, and a contemporary retelling of Lo Wang’s comical rise to legend.

2K has released the official TV spot for WWE 2K15, which made its debut during last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw. WWE 2K15 cover Superstar John Cena narrates the spot by reciting Dylan Thomas’ poem, “Do not go gentle into that good night,” as WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, along with Cena and WWE Superstars Bray Wyatt, Cesaro and Roman Reigns, reflect privately, conduct workout regimens and make their way to the ring. The spot is also complemented by WWE 2K15 gameplay footage.
Disney Interactive and Harmonix today announced that Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved, a musical motion game, is now available in stores nationwide for Xbox One and Xbox 360. Developed by Harmonix, players become the sorcerer’s newest apprentice, exploring remarkable worlds and unlocking the magic within the music.
Sega today announced that the first of five add-on packs for Alien: Isolation, ‘Corporate Lockdown’, releases October 28th, offering players three new maps for the game’s Survivor Mode. Each challenge pack offers a new perspective on the events on-board Sevastopol Station in the days before the arrival of the Weyland-Yutani team, with a new playable character, a unique set of objectives and a new game mode.
In ‘Corporate Lockdown’, Seegson Executive Ransome has learnt that he has been abandoned by his paymasters. Knowing that the Torrens is on the way, he decides to make his escape and hitch a ride on board, taking decoded Nostromo data with him. However, while escaping he wants to tie up a few loose ends… Across three new challenge maps, ‘Severance’, ‘Scorched Earth’ and ‘Loose Ends’, players are challenged to compete against others through Alien: Isolation’s online leaderboards, to escape the station in the fastest possible time or attain the top score through numerous side quests and hidden bonus objectives. New to ‘Corporate Lockdown’ is the addition of Gauntlet Mode where players are challenged to top the Gauntlet Mode leaderboards by completing all three challenge maps back-to-back without dying.
‘Corporate Lockdown’ will be available to download via online marketplaces from October 28th for $7.99 and will be followed by four more packs: ‘Trauma’, ‘Safe Haven’, ‘Lost Contact’ and ‘The Trigger’. Each will feature a new playable character alongside a mix of new maps, objectives and game modes. Players wishing to explore every inch of Sevastopol Station can take advantage of the Alien: Isolation Season Pass, offering access to all five Survivor Mode add-on packs at up to a 25% discount. All add-on packs are scheduled to be released by March 2015.
Nickelodeon and Activision today announced the launch of The Legend of Korra, a single-player, third-person action video game based on Nickelodeon’s animated series. Developed by PlatinumGames, the title is out today as a digital release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC, and arrives tomorrow on Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Telltale Games today announced the release of The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season – A Telltale Games Series, as well as The Walking Dead: Season Two; both available now in retail stores nationwide and for download on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Retail editions will also be available for the first time on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4.
LOOT Entertainment today announced that its multi-player shooter Fluster Cluck is now available for download exclusively on the PlayStation 4 ($7.99 for PlayStation Plus members and $14.99 for non-members).
XSEED Games today announced that the rhythm game Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! will be available for digital download on November 11th for the PlayStation Vita. Additionally, the company disclosed that the Gessen x Hebijo expansion pack will follow on November 25th, adding the Gessen Girls’ Academy and the Hebijo Clandestine Girls’ Academy, for a total of 20 shinobi. The expansion also comes with a bonus soundtrack app, which includes each character’s song. Senran Kagura Bon Appétit! combines the series’ trademark outrageous combos, tempting specials and offbeat humor with fast-paced rhythm gameplay set to a soundtrack of Japanese music.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced the new, free Power of Shadow bundle for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, available now for Xbox One and soon for PlayStation 4 and Steam.
