As seen in this new trailer, LEGO The Hobbit takes teamwork to a whole new level, allowing players to “buddy-up” as Thorin Oakenshield and Company of Dwarves perform new abilities and special attack moves.
LEGO The Hobbit will be available this Spring on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U, PC, Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita.
DrinkBox Studios today announced that it will bring its action-platformer Guacamelee! to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Wii U. Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition – which is among the first indie titles scheduled to launch via Microsoft’s ID@Xbox program on Xbox One – will feature a bevy of new content, including an extended story with new game areas, a new boss character, new player abilities and many other enhancements.
Bethesda Softworks today announced that they’ve teamed up with Dark Horse Comics to create three art books – “The Art of Wolfenstein: The New Order”, “The Art of The Evil Within” and “Dishonored: The Dunwall Archives”. Each hardcover book, packed with art and game design details, will retail for $39.99.
The first in the collection, “The Art of Wolfenstein: The New Order”, features full-color artwork from MachineGames’ upcoming first-person action-adventure shooter as well as developer commentary from the team. The book spans more than 200 pages and covers all facets of the game’s design, including concept art, character designs, settings and technology – all of which was inspired by Wolfenstein’s alternate 1960′s setting.
“The Art of Wolfenstein: The New Order” will available at your local comic retailer on May 14th and your favorite bookseller on May 27th. “The Art of The Evil Within” and “Dishonored: The Dunwall Archives” follow, with release dates in August and November respectively.

Natsume today announced that their upcoming quirky puzzle platformer, Yumi’s Odd Odyssey, will be available on March 20th exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS eShop for $29.99. Known in Japan as Umihara Kawase, the game features a girl armed with only with her backpack and trusty fishing hook, travelling through a dream-like world filled with fish and other wildlife gone awry.
ACE Team, the minds behind Zeno Clash and Rock of Ages are at it again with their third IP: Abyss Odyssey. Published by Atlus, the procedurally generation action adventure title will be available this summer for digital download on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

XSEED Games today announced that they will be releasing the flashy action RPG, Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed, on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita this summer. Released as Akiba’s Trip 2 in Japan, the all-new standalone story in Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed takes players on an eclectic trip through Tokyo’s “Electric Town” electronics district in which they will battle vampire-like foes in over-the-top, highly stylized role-playing action.
Respawn Entertainment founder Vince Zampella has confirmed that Titanfall’s DLC will be available via a season pass, though free content – including the ability to create private matches – is coming as well. Titanfall will be available on March 11th for Xbox One and PC, and on March 25th for Xbox 360.
Atlus today announced Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars is getting a demo on the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita, and it’s coming on March 25th. The demo will be a taste of the game, and will let players carry over their saves from the demo to the full version. Players who successfully complete the demo will earn a set of bonus goodies to help them out in the game. Conception II will be available in stores on April 15th.
