Activision today released The Peanuts Movie: Snoopy’s Grand Adventure, a new side-scrolling exploration platformer, as a part of its deal with Peanuts Worldwide. The game is inspired by the classic comic strip from Charles M. Schulz, which just recently celebrated its 65th anniversary. Snoopy’s Grand Adventure is now available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U and 3DS.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today the release of five LEGO Dimensions expansion packs based on Doctor Who, LEGO Ninjago, The Simpsons and The LEGO Movie. Players can customize their gameplay experience with the purchase of these Wave 2 Level Packs, Team Packs and Fun Packs, which provide an additional level, buildable characters, vehicles, and gadgets with special in-game abilities. Plus, any expansion pack character can unlock the corresponding Adventure World of the same brand to provide players with additional open-world gameplay content based on that entertainment property.
Additionally, new to LEGO Dimensions is the “Hire-a-Hero” feature update that allows players to sample a selection of Wave 1 expansion pack characters using studs collected in the game. Players can select the hologram minifigure near certain hint stones to unlock characters for a limited time to try out their special abilities to solve problems and complete puzzles. Characters from subsequent waves of expansion packs will be added in the future.
Disney Interactive today announced that four new playable characters and a brand new Power Disc Pack are available for Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition. Today’s launch represents the fourth wave of new offerings for Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition and includes the first Marvel characters for Disney Infinity 3.0, Hulkbuster and Ultron, as well as one of the most highly anticipated Star Wars characters, Darth Maul. Also available today are new products for Disney•Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur including a Spot figure and themed Power Disc Pack.
2K and Turtle Rock Studios today announced that Gorgon, a cunning and ghastly Monster, is now available for Evolve. Gorgon is available individually or as a part of Hunting Season 2, which also includes Lennox (Assault class), Jack (Trapper class), and two additional Hunter characters. All Hunting Season 2 content will be made available before March 31st, 2016. In addition to Gorgon, two free character adaptations will join the Evolve lineup in the coming weeks. Similar to the previously released Meteor Goliath, the Rogue Val and Blitz Markov adaptations provide an alternate character variant that combines new looks, effects, audio and gameplay into unique new playable Hunters.
Telltale Games today announced a new partnership with Jackbox Games to publish The Jackbox Party Pack at retail as part of a new strategic publishing initiative, bringing the multiplayer party game to consoles at retail beginning today.

MonkeyPaw Games today announced that the North American version of Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Returns has joined the original Tomba! as a downloadable PS one Classic on the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
Activision Blizzard and King Digital Entertainment, makers of Candy Crush Saga, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement under which Activision Blizzard will acquire all of the outstanding shares of King for $18.00 in cash per share, for a total equity value of $5.9 billion.
Orsinium, the second DLC game pack for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, is now available for PC. Orsinium will be available for Xbox One on November 17th and PlayStation 4 on November 18th.
