Sherlock Holmes Chapter One – Q&A Video #2

Having recently finished the alpha phase of development on Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, Frogwares collected and answered a few more fan questions they were getting online. A 4-minute video answers questions about topics such as companion Jon’s origin story, the potential of a sequel, how observations can go wrong and the chance of a Switch or Stadia version to name but a few.

Sherlock Holmes Chapter One will release sometime in 2021 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Introduces New Protagonist, Rivet

Insomniac Games today released a new gameplay trailer for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, introducing players to Rivet, a mysterious new protagonist. In addition, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will be the focus of PlayStation’s next State of Play, airing this Thursday, April 29th with more than 15 minutes of fresh gameplay.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will be available June 11th exclusively for the PlayStation 5.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone – Season Three Battle Pass Trailer

Activision today released the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season Three Battle Pass trailer. Season Three of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone promises a lot of new content, not least of which is 100 Tiers of brand-new content unlockable via the Season Three Battle Pass.

Gain access to new Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints — including a new Ultra-rarity Reactive Weapon Blueprint — Wrist Accessories, Weapon Charms, and more for use in Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer and Zombies and in Warzone. Free earnable items include a new SMG and sniper rifle, as well as up to 1300 COD Points just by playing the game.

Additionally, a fresh dose of new Store Bundles are launching alongside Season Three, including some sinister new villains, as well as Tracer Packs, Mastercraft and Reactive Weapon Blueprints, and more. Head to the Call of Duty Blog post for more information.

Detective Thriller ‘Judgment’ is Out Now on Next-Gen Consoles

Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s detective thriller, Judgment, is available now on retail and digital storefronts for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and digitally via Google Stadia for $39.99 USD. Previously released on PlayStation 4 in 2019, Judgment has been remastered for next-gen platforms and will mark the series’ debut on Xbox and Stadia, taking advantage of the new hardware with refined visuals in 60 frames per second along with improved load times.

HITMAN 3’s Next Elusive Target, The Politician, Goes Live Today

Pack your bags for New Zealand. As part of the Season of Greed, Hitman 3’s latest Elusive Target takes players to Hawke’s Bay to eliminate a crooked politician: Dame Barbara Elizabeth Keating. There’s a twist though: Keating has a body double, so it’ll be up to you to find out which is your target.

Both Hitman 3 owners as well as owners of the Free Starter Pack will be able to play this Elusive Target, which runs from today until May 3rd.

Immortals Fenyx Rising – The Lost Gods is Available Now

Today, Ubisoft announced that Immortals Fenyx Rising – The Lost Gods, the final narrative DLC, is now available. Additionally, players who haven’t had a chance to try Immortals Fenyx Rising can get a taste of its climbing, gliding and aerial melee combat with the free demo, available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Stadia and PC.

Immortals Fenyx Rising – The Lost Gods, featuring a unique top-down experience and brawler-style combat, returns to Fenyx’s story and their new life as a god. When disaster strikes the mortal world, Fenyx chooses a new hero to restore balance on Earth and reunite the lost gods. Players explore Pyrite Island as Ash, an enthusiastic mortal tasked with convincing Poseidon, Hades and other gods to return to the Pantheon.

In this final post-launch adventure, players will be introduced to new gods and monsters, discover new regions full of challenges and secrets, and take on new enemies. As part of a new progression system, players will also have access to upgrades, specialized bonuses, and unique fighting styles, in addition to two brand-new abilities:

  • Catastrophe Quake: A powerful stomp that knocks down the enemies around Ash.
  • Nature’s Fury: An energy beam that damages anything that crosses its path, increasing its damage over time.

To access Immortals Fenyx Rising – The Lost Gods, players can purchase the Season Pass for $49.99 USD, which includes immediate access to all three post-launch DLC packs. Immortals Fenyx Rising – The Lost Gods can also be purchased separately for $19.99 US.

The game’s free demo sends Fenyx on a quest to discover the mysterious secret of the cyclops. Set in an archipelago built exclusively for the demo and inspired by Aphrodite’s region of the game, the demo features a mix of combat, exploration and puzzles designed to get players primed for the full experience.

Call of Duty: Warzone Transforms To 1984

Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season Three launches today with the most ambitious free content offering in Call of Duty history. Season Three marks a celebration for Call of Duty: Warzone, which has crossed 100 million players since its launch last year. The free-to-play, free-for-everyone battle royale experience receives its biggest transformation yet, travelling back to 1984 and the Cold War.
