XSEED Games today announced that Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star, the action title set within the Fate universe, will release on January 17 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. A limited run of the exclusive Noble Phantasm Edition bundle will contain a 7.5” by 6.3” hardcover art book featuring over 100 pages of artwork and backstory from Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star, a pack of sixteen collectible 3” by 5” cards depicting each of the game’s Servants, and a 24” by 17” cloth poster, all housed in a custom collectible box.
Furthermore, the digital PS4 version is now available for pre-order from PlayStation Store. Pre-orders will instantly unlock an exclusive PS4 theme, as well as the exclusive “Shackled Bride Outfit” DLC for Nero upon launch of the game. The digital PS Vita game will not have a pre-order campaign, but for the first two weeks upon launch, PS Store will feature a special bundle, which will include the core Fate/Extella PS Vita game, an exclusive PS Vita theme, and the exclusive “Cold-Blooded Warden” DLC outfit for Gilgamesh.

The Dawning features new Quests and Bounties to complete, a new Record Book filled with challenges to conquer, the return of Sparrow Racing League with two new tracks, one set on Earth and one set on Mercury, and a brand new game mode called Strike Scoring. Additionally, players will be able to further customize their Guardians with new gear, Sparrows, Ornaments, consumables, Shaders, Emblems, Emotes, and more.

As its name implies, Drive!Drive!Drive! is a driving game where you race on multiple tracks at the same time. Any time you’re not racing on a particular track, the AI is doing it for you. The AI, however, is not what you’d call competent. This is why you need to switch between tracks regularly and do your best to place first on all of them.
Deck 13 today unveiled four minutes of unedited gameplay of it’s upcoming action RPG The Surge, showing the combat, the limb-cutting system, as well as a few of the enemies prowling the dysfunctional CREO Complex.

Kalypso Media has released a new gameplay trailer for Sudden Strike 4, showing the latest glimpses of gameplay from the return of the real-time strategy franchise.
As well as new footage of single and multiplayer modes, this trailer demonstrates the return of the optional “pause and play” system, allowing players to suspend the action while they issue detailed commands and maneuvers to their units. Also shown is one of the most significant new features of Sudden Strike 4 — commanders. Players may now for the first time select from nine historically accurate commanders, each of whom has their own unique abilities, perks and skill trees to unlock.
Microïds today announced that Subject 13, the adventure game created by Paul Cuisset (“Flashback”, “Future Wars”), will be making its console debut on December 20th. The game will be available to download on the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 4 and Xbox Store for Xbox One for $6.99.
