NIS America today announced that their upcoming puzzle platformer, A Rose in the Twilight, will launch on April 11th for the PlayStation Vita and PC via Steam. The standard and limited edition will be available exclusively on the NIS America Online Store.

The Game Developers Conference has released the results of the fifth annual State of the Industry Survey, revealing trends in the games industry ahead of GDC 2017 this February. Among the many learnings from the survey of more than 4,500 game developers who have attended GDC in the last three years is the development community’s optimism for Nintendo’s upcoming Switch platform, with half of respondents believing that the platform can outsell the Wii U in its lifetime. Other findings include an ambivalence among developers on the benefits of mid-cycle console updates like PlayStation 4 Pro and the Xbox’s “Project Scorpio.” Clear preferences for HTC’s Vive platform have also appeared through a series of questions regarding Virtual Reality technology.

Capcom has released a new trailer for Resident Evil 7 biohazard, entitled “Welcome Home”. The latest installment in the survival horror series will be available on January 24th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
Techland Publishing and inXile Entertainment have created an interactive quest video for Torment: Tides of Numenera to demonstrate how combinations of choices allow players to shape their own stories and leave a mark on the game’s world.
The video is narrated by creative lead Colin McComb, who guides the player through the quest, revealing secrets and subtle details of the world of Numenera.
Although it features several different endings, the quest showcased in the video is but a tiny sample of themes, stories, and subplots players will get to experience in Torment: Tides of Numenera. As the game has recently gone gold, players can start their final preparations for February 28th, when this science-fantasy RPG will launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Interactive Entertainment and TT Games today released the first trailer for LEGO City Undercover, featuring Chase McCain, a police officer who goes undercover and dons multiple disguises to hunt down the notorious – and recently escaped – criminal, Rex Fury, to put an end to his city-wide crime wave.
LEGO City Undercover is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC for the first time in Spring 2017.
2K today announced that WWE 2K17 will be available for PC on February 7th.
WWE 2K17 for PC will mirror the in-game content offered in WWE 2K17 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Fans can choose between the WWE 2K17 Standard Edition ($49.99) and the WWE 2K17 Deluxe Edition ($74.99), as well as purchase the WWE 2K17 Season Pass ($29.99).
In addition, all WWE 2K17 DLC released to date for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 will be available for PC immediately at launch. Any future DLC released after the February 7th PC launch will be available on PC at a later time.

Koei Tecmo today revealed the bonuses included with each of its two upcoming Gust Studios titles headed to PC via Steam, Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book and Nights of Azure. A new trailer was released showcasing the bonus content available for PC players to enjoy free of charge at launch on February 7th.
Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book offers players a variety of DLC included with its Steam release, including a collection of items to aid players on their adventure, background music packs featuring fan favorite tracks from the Atelier series, an additional “Hidden Archive” map and a selection of costumes for Plachta, such as the Doll Making costume Viorage, Silver Tail, Mascoty, Lady Saber, Saint Knight and the Aqua Suit. Nights of Azure will include the Gust-chan support character, who can be summoned to gain an upper hand in battles. In addition, those who purchase Atelier Sophie and Nights of Azure together will receive a 20% bundle discount.
