NIS America today announced their partnership with Nihon Falcom to bring Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana to North America in Fall 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita as both a physical and digital release, as well as on Steam. The company also announced that the game will have dual audio (English and Japanese).

Codemasters and Deep Silver today launched the PlayStation VR update for DiRT Rally. Available for existing players as a standalone DLC add-on via the PlayStation Store for $12.99 and new digital bundle from the PlayStation Store, the update makes the entire game playable in VR and introduces a brand new Co-Driver Mode where a second player can give the all-important calls using a controller and the social screen.
Early access to Halo Wars 2 is available today for players who purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.
Last night, 343 Industries and Creative Assembly celebrated Halo Wars 2 with the community via a special livestream event hosted at 343 Industries, which included exclusive interviews, gameplay hands-on and prize giveaways. 343 Industries also shed new light on what fans can expect with the Season Pass, including new content available every third Wednesday, new campaign missions in Operation: Spearbreaker and a new leader named Kinsano. Future multiplayer maps will also be available for free to all players, regardless of whether they purchased the Season Pass. The studio will have more to share at PAX East.
Additionally, the Xbox One S Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Bundle is now available for $349.99 USD, and comes with 1TB of storage, an Xbox Wireless Controller, 14-day trial membership of Xbox Live Gold, and the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, which includes a Season Pass for post-launch content.

Koei Tecmo today revealed the latest entry in the Samurai Warriors action series, Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada, a new adventure based on the heroic legend of the Sanada Clan, a group of warriors from Sengoku Era Japan who believed in survival at all costs. A first trailer ushers in the announcement of Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada, slated to release on May 23rd for the PlayStation 4 and digitally on PC via Steam.
The tale of the Sanada Clan begins with patriarch Masayuki Sanada, a much-requested character who joins the Samurai Warriors series for the first time. The player follows Masayuki’s first battle, trailing the clan’s meteoric rise from lowly vassals to powerful lords which led to the birth of the samurai, Yukimura Sanada. Continuing the clan’s legacy, players will then journey from boyhood as the legendary warrior, following his footsteps as Yukimura rises to the title of “The Crimson Demon of War.” Players will also experience the tale of his father’s reign and his finest battles, up to his valiant final stand at the Siege of Osaka.
Koei Tecmo also announced a pre-order bonus pack for Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada. Those who pre-order the game from Amazon, Best Buy, EB Games, or GameStop will receive a selection of five special costumes: the Kunoichi, Ina, Kai, and Chacha Sanada Colors Costumes, as well as the Kunoichi Special Costume.

Paradox Interactive and Deep Silver today announced that Cities: Skylines will release for Xbox One. Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Edition, optimized for play on a controller by Tantalus Media, will bring the management game to new audiences when it launches in Spring 2017, allowing players to build and manage everything from small towns to sprawling metropolitan cities. Along with the core Cities: Skylines game, the Xbox One Edition will also include Cities: Skylines – After Dark, the game’s first expansion, which adds tourism and nightlife options to the robust feature list.
Activision today announced that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will be available on June 30th exclusively for the PlayStation 4. The HD compilation includes the three games that started it all: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.
Activision Blizzard today launched the Call of Duty Endowment Brass Personalization Pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered for PlayStation 4. The pack includes a collection of exclusive content: Universal Weapon Camo, a Universal Reticle and Emblem, plus a Player Card, and retails for $4.99 in the in-game store and the PlayStation Store.
Activision will be donating 100% of all proceeds from the personalization pack directly to The Call of Duty Endowment, a nonprofit founded by Activision Blizzard that helps veterans find high quality jobs after their military service. The Endowment and it’s grantees have placed over 31,000 vets into high quality careers to date. The Endowment hopes to place 50,000 vets into high-quality careers by 2019.
