Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series’ Cast Revealed

9ef8ea00-eeab-43bf-9841-0ee543e8a900

Telltale Games, along with Marvel Entertainment, today shared the cast details for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series, set to premiere digitally this Spring on consoles and PC.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series is a brand new story of the universe’s unlikeliest heroes: Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot. In the wake of an epic battle, the Guardians discover an artifact of unspeakable power. Each of them has a reason to desire this relic, as does a ruthless enemy who is the last of her kind, and who will stop at nothing to tear it from their hands.

From Earth to the Milano to Knowhere and beyond, and set to the beat of awesome music, you wear the rocket-powered boots of Star-Lord in an original Guardians adventure, where your decisions and actions drive the story you experience.

The series will feature a star-studded cast of voice talent, including Scott Porter (Friday Night Lights, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series) as Star-Lord, Emily O’Brien (The Young and the Restless, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor) as Gamora, Nolan North (the Uncharted series, Pretty Little Liars) as Rocket, Brandon Paul Eells (Watch Dogs) as Drax, and Adam Harrington (The Wolf Among Us, League of Legends) as Groot.

Premiering this Spring, the series will also be coming to retail as a special season pass disc, which will include the first episode in the season, and will grant access to the subsequent four episodes as they become available for download via online updates. Specific platform details are yet to be announced.

The Elder Scrolls: Legends Launches on PC

After several months of beta feedback from players, Bethesda Softworks today officially removed the “Beta” tag from The Elder Scrolls: Legends, and formally launched on PC. Fans can download the game for free via the Bethesda.net launcher and start enjoying all the single-player and multiplayer content available.

Bethesda Softworks also revealed the first content update for The Elder Scrolls: Legends, The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood, a new PvE story that tosses players into the role of a double agent hired to infiltrate the ranks of The Dark Brotherhood. Recruited by a sinister group to bring down the infamous Elder Scrolls guild of lethal assassins, players will need to make key choices that both impact which missions you’ll play and decide the story’s ending.

The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood contains a new adventure that takes place prior to the events of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The new content will be broken into three sections, or maps, and will introduce more than 25 missions and 40 new cards to the game. By completing missions within the new story, players will unlock new cards available only via The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood, including three new Legendary cards.

The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood will be purchasable in-game as three individual maps or as a bundle for $19.99 and can also be bought with in-game gold. Those who pick up The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood will also receive the Doom Wolf mount in The Elder Scrolls Online (PC only) as a bonus.
