Bandai Namco today revealed that Gundam Versus will be receiving an open beta leading up to the game’s launch on September 29th. More details regarding the open beta will be announced soon.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today revealed gameplay for the newest addition to the Injustice 2 character roster: Starfire. Motivated to action by the death of Dick Grayson, Starfire shows off deadly energy beams, celestial projectiles and her supernova super in the new gameplay trailer.
The first official gameplay trailer for Save the Light, the upcoming console RPG from the world of Cartoon Network’s series Steven Universe, introduces Squaridot, a new game-exclusive gem, to the franchise. Squaridot guards the Great North as an ally of the game’s yet-to-be-revealed main villain. The new footage also introduces Peridot as one of the playable characters and showcases some of the fusion characters players can unleash in turn-based battles, such as Stevonnie (Steven and his friend Connie), Opal (Amethyst and Pearl) and Sardonyx (Garnet and Pearl).

Bandai Namco today confirmed that .hack//G.U. Last Recode will receive a physical edition for the PlayStation 4. This is in addition to the previously announced digital versions for the PlayStation 4 and Steam. .hack//G.U. Last Recode will be available in 2017.
Ubisoft today announced an upcoming open beta test for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands’ player-versus-player mode, Ghost War. The open beta for Ghost War will be available on all platforms later in the summer, and the full mode will release as a free update to all Ghost Recon: Wildlands owners in the fall.
In Ghost War, two groups of players will team up to take part in a four-versus-four team deathmatch experience that builds on the tactical squad play from the main game. Teams will choose from a roster of varied classes that fill specific roles on the battlefield as they navigate large-scale, open maps and take down their enemies. Ghost War will also integrate new PvP mechanics, including suppressing fire and sound markers, to create a true military strategic, team-based multiplayer mode.
Nintendo today announced that Splatoon 2 is now available in stores and via the Nintendo eShop for $79.99. The new Splatoon series amiibo are also now available for $15.99 each.
The parade of new characters joining the action in Bandai Namco’s new anime fighting game, Dragon Ball FighterZ, continues as Piccolo and Krillin officially join the game’s character roster today. Both characters deliver their own unique fighting styles and moves for players to enjoy when the game launches in early 2018 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
Sine Mora EX, the extended version of the original side-scrolling shoot’em up, will be out on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on August 8th. A version for Nintendo Switch will follow later this summer.
Activision announced during the Crash Bandicoot Then and Now panel at Comic-Con International: San Diego that new content is available for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. Stormy Ascent – a previously unfinished and unreleased level from the original Crash Bandicoot game – will be available for free starting today.
