EVE: Valkyrie – Warzone is Now Available

CCP Games today released EVE: Valkyrie – Warzone, taking the online space combat title beyond VR to PlayStation 4 and PC gamers as the first fully cross-platform, cross-reality videogame.

New players can purchase EVE: Valkyrie – Warzone for $29.99 USD from the PlayStation Store, Steam and Oculus Home, while all current EVE: Valkyrie owners will receive it as a free mandatory upgrade, expanding the base game to become EVE: Valkyrie – Warzone. With all new and expanded versions of the game, pilots can choose to play the game with or without a VR headset.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War – Warmonger Tribe Trailer

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released a new video for Middle-earth: Shadow of War, spotlighting the Warmonger tribe, a faction of Orcs who take reverence for warfare to new levels. For a Warmonger Orc, every moment not spent in battle is a moment wasted as their greatest Warchiefs are those who have carved a bloody swath across Mordor, slaying everything in their path.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War will be available for Xbox One X, Xbox One, Windows 10 PC (Windows Store and Steam), PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro beginning October 10th.

Blue Reflection is Out Today on PS4 and PC

Koei Tecmo today announced the launch of Blue Reflection for the PlayStation 4, and digitally on PC via Steam. In the JRPG players assume the role of student Hinako Shirai, when her ballet career comes to an end after a tragic accident. Hinako closes her heart off from the rest of the world, but her life changes when she is bestowed the power of a Reflector and now must face challenges greater than most teenagers will face in their lifetime. WWE 2K18 – Anthem TV Spot

2K today released the Anthem TV spot for WWE 2K18 in anticipation of the October 17th release. The spot, which made its debut during WWE No Mercy 2017 last night, is an anthem performed by Snoop Dogg that highlights what the WWE 2K18 campaign tagline, Be Like No One, really means. The spot features a host of current WWE Superstars and culminates with the WWE 2K18 cover Superstar himself, Seth Rollins.

WWE 2K18 Coming to PC on October 17th

Marking the first time in WWE 2K series history, 2K today announced that WWE 2K18 is currently in development for PC and will be available on the same launch day as versions for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. On October 17th, both the Standard and Deluxe editions of WWE 2K18 will go live on Steam and with various other PC retailers.

The four-day Early Access Deluxe Edition perk for the PS4 and Xbox One will not be an option on PC, but those who pre-order either edition will receive two playable characters of WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle on day one. Downloadable content will be available à la carte for those who purchase the Standard Edition.

Nintendo Details DLC Coming to Fire Emblem Warriors

Fire Emblem Warriors launches for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS on October 20th. Today, Nintendo detailed a host of paid DLC options that begin launching this year. All DLC can be purchased seperately for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS.

  • Season Pass (October 20th, $25.79): The Fire Emblem Warriors Season Pass includes all three DLC packs which become available as they release. Each DLC pack is filled with new playable characters and weapons. By purchasing the Season Pass for either the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo 3DS version, players will receive a bridal costume for Lucina.
  • DLC Pack #1 (December 2017, $11.59): The content in this pack is inspired by Fire Emblem Fates.
  • DLC Pack #2 (February 2018, $11.59): Many of the characters and items in this DLC pack hail from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon.
  • DLC Pack #3 (March 2018, $11.59): Fans of Fire Emblem Awakening will love this DLC, as much content is themed after the classic game.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Out Now on Switch

Bandai Namco today announced that Dragon Ball Xenoverse for Nintendo Switch is now available. Presenting new controls and gameplay features exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, players will be able to physically execute moves such as the Kamehameha and the Spirit Bomb with the Joy-Con motion controls. Players will also be able to play through several modes exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, including Handheld Mode, six-player co-op mode, and Table-Top Mode, which gives players the ability to Share the Joy-Con controllers and battle a friend on the same screen. Players can also enjoy the three vs. three online matchmaking mode, in which players form two teams of three Dragon Ball warriors and battle against each other for supremacy.
