Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition: Tape-02 “Redfield”

Capcom has released a new trailer from the upcoming End of Zoe DLC for Resident Evil 7 biohzard, featuring a mysterious outdoorsman named Joe who lives along the bank of the marshes and has a chance encounter with Zoe that sets both their fates in motion.

The new trailer also showcases the free Not a Hero DLC, featuring the return of Resident Evil fan favorite and veteran BSAA soldier Chris Redfield. Taking place after the horrific events that befell Ethan Winters in Resident Evil 7 biohazard, Chris is on the hunt for Lucas Baker to bring an end to the Baker tragedy once and for all. BSAA agents had tried to take on Lucas previously, but were unsuccessful and themselves became captives of the menacing trickster. Can Chris save the team while also tracking down Lucas through perilous poison gas filled dungeons?

Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition will be coming to retail and digital on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, alongside the remaining DLC for the game, all on December 12th. End of Zoe will be included in Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition or available as an update if you are a Season Pass owner. Owners of the original release will also be able to purchase the content as a separate download for $14.99. The Not a Hero DLC content will be available to download for free for owners of any version of Resident Evil 7 biohazard on December 12th as well.

Jayavarman Leads Khmer in Civilization VI

2K and Firaxis Games today revealed that Jayavarman will lead Khmer in Sid Meier’s Civilization VI.

Rising to power during a period of crisis for the Khmer, Jayavarman was a military leader. By 1181, Jayavarman VII had repelled Cham invaders to the north and when hostilities died down, he crowned himself king. But instead of turning outward and seeking to aggressively expand, he focused on his people.

King Jayavarman VII saw himself as a warrior for his subjects. As a result, his rule was marked by its tolerance and his drive to create a place of safety and paradise for his subjects.

Flying Tigers: Shadows Over China Coming to Xbox One

Team17 and Petroglyph Reveal Forged Battalion

Team17 today announced that it has partnered with Westwood Studios and Command & Conquer veterans Petroglyph Games to bring Forged Alliance, a new real-time strategy game, to Steam Early Access in 2018.

In Forged Battalion players will build and customize their own unique faction as they fight in a variety of skirmish, solo, and multiplayer battles. They are not only a commander, but also an engineer – so they have ultimate control over their faction’s units, factories, superweapons and economy.

Towards the end of the 21st century, the effects of climate change have devastated the world and a military force called “The Collective” has spread across the globe. As part of the resistance group against this aggressive enemy, it’s time for you to join the fight.

DOOM Coming to Switch on November 10th

Bethesda Softworks today announce that id Software’s DOOM will launch for the Nintendo Switch on November 10th.

In a new id Software developer video released today by Nintendo, creative director Hugo Martin and executive producer Marty Stratton discuss the many features that players will experience in DOOM on Nintendo Switch, including the full single-player campaign (with all difficulty modes), Arcade Mode, and the entire suite of Multiplayer maps and modes, including all previously released DLC content. They also go into further depth about working with developer Panic Button to ensure DOOM on Nintendo Switch feels as fast, brutal, and true to the experience gamers have loved on other platforms.
