Star Wars Battlefront II will be delivering a new way to continue your hero’s journey in the game for free with fresh new content and live events, in a world that constantly grows and evolves with the community. In the first season starting on December 5th, Star Wars Battlefront II The Last Jedi will bring all new content and challenges themed around the upcoming movie to all players that own the game.
Players will first decide if they want to join the dark or light side, allowing them to take part in special faction challenges throughout the course of the season. Then, on December 13th, Finn and Captain Phasma will join the battle as playable heroes, and battles will expand to new locations in Crait, a new Galactic Assault map, and D’Qar, a new Starfighter Assault map. In addition, Iden Versio will return in Star Wars Battlefront II Resurrection, an all-new chapter in the single player campaign.

Telltale Games, in partnership with DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, today confirmed that Batman – The Telltale Series will launch on Nintendo Switch on November 14th. The full first season will be available both digitally and at retail for $39.99. All five episodes will come already loaded on the retail cartridge.
Rockstar Games shares the new official trailer for L.A. Noire for the Nintendo Switch, featuring contextual touch screen controls for portable detective work, a Joy-Con mode with gyroscopic controls, HD rumble and new wide and over-the-shoulder camera angles.
L.A. Noire for the Nintendo Switch includes the complete original game plus all additional downloadable content, and will be available in-store and digitally via the Nintendo eShop on November 14th.
Kalypso Media and Gaming Minds Studios today announce that budding rail moguls can be amongst the first to test their entrepreneurial skills by getting their hands on the closed Beta for the upcoming tycoon simulation Railway Empire now by pre-purchasing on Steam. By pre-purchasing Railway Empire on Steam players will unlock instant access to the closed Beta which contains the first two campaign levels and a tutorial with more content being added leading to launch. As well as instant Beta access, players who pre-purchase Railway Empire on Steam will also receive an exclusive custom paint job for the ‘Super Hudson’ locomotive, a digital soundtrack (both available at launch) as well as enjoying a 15% discount.
Nintendo announced that in addition to the paid DLC that starts to roll out in December, a free software update is coming to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS versions of Fire Emblem Warriors on November 16th.

Indie develpoer Stunlock Studios announced today that its team arena brawler Battlerite has now officially moved from Early Access to a full free-to-play commercial launch on Steam. To celebrate, the studio has released a launch patch featuring a brand new champion, ‘Thorn,’ 200 new items including rare weapons, outfits, victory poses, color variations and seven additional music tracks.
Each week players will get access to six unique champions on free rotation, allowing players to try out new playstyles and discover their favorites. Every character can be permanently unlocked with in-game currency or in-app purchases. As of today, the “Champion’s Pack” is available to unlock all 22 current and all future champions for $29.99 USD.
Digital Extremes’ new Open Zone design proposes a vast new landscape packed with exploratory daytime activities and towering night-time battles unlike anything Warframe players have seen before. Recently released on PC to a reception that saw the game nearly double its player numbers, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will get their chance to experience the free to play expansion, Plains of Eidolon, starting November 14th.

Also joining Empire Divided on November 30th is the free Power & Politics patch update. This update overhauls Rome II’s political system to create a more subtle and intriguing experience with farther-reaching consequences.
Activision’s Call of Duty: WWII has surpassed more than $500 million in sell-through worldwide in its first three days of release, according to company estimates. On PlayStation 4, Call of Duty: WWII set a record as the best-selling digital full game by units sold on its first day of availability. Overall unit sales at launch doubled year-over-year globally.
