Techland have announced the first details for Dying Light: Bad Blood, an all-new multiplayer expansion that combines Dying Light’s zombie survival gameplay with PvP action inspired by the competitive Battle Royale genre.
Dying Light: Bad Blood thrusts seven players in the infested city of Harran with the goal of collecting biosamples from the infected. Players can cooperate to overcome the city’s undead threats or betray each other to reap the biggest rewards. Dying Light: Bad Blood will have a closed beta test on Steam later this month with a formal release in Q1 2018.
Last night at the Game Awards, Epic Games announced the availability of a new, limited time “50 versus 50″ game mode for Fortnite Battle Royale. This limited time mode pits two teams of 50 against one another in a massive, last-team standing battle.
Fortnite Battle Royale is available now for free on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The limited time 50 versus 50 mode will be available through Sunday, December 17th, with additional unique game modes and content planned for the future.
Square Enix today announced that Romancing SaGa 2 will come digitally to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on December 15th. Originally released in 1993, Romancing SaGa 2 has players leading the Varennes Empire in battle against the Seven Heroes.

THQ Nordic today announced the character-driven, survival game Fade to Silence. Currently in development for PC and consoles at Black Forest Games, Fade to Silence is launching on Steam Early Access on December 14th for $29.99 USD.
During The Game Awards, Nintendo revealed a trailer announcing that Bayonetta 3 is currently in development exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. In addition, Bayonetta 2, originally a Wii U exclusive, will be launching for Switch on February 16th. Players who purchase the game in stores will receive a free download code for the original Bayonetta game.
Fans of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild got a new look at the game’s second DLC pack, The Champions’ Ballad, as well as the surprise news that it launched shortly after The Game Awards livestream.
