Dragon Ball FighterZ will be available on January 26th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
Atlus today announced that Catherine: Full Body will be coming to the West. This new twist on the original Catherine, a mature romantic action-adventure puzzle game from the makers of the Persona series, will include a new love interest, “Rin,” with distinct storyline elements for the character, and additional puzzle content. Vincent’s love life has never been so complicated and dramatic.

EA and Ghost Games have released Need for Speed Payback’s first major update, Speedcross, free to all owners of the Deluxe Edition and purchasable as a separate standalone for everyone else.
As part of the update, new abandoned cars will start to appear, hidden within Fortune Valley. Find the first car, a Mazda RX-7 Spirit R, escape the cops and keep it! Once you’ve acquired the car, it will then be available to purchase from a dealership of your choice.
The all-new Speedcross Competition is an event that focuses on scoring as many points as you can through a pre-determined course. The introduction of Speedcross will also include sixteen brand new events, split across four zones; Canyon, Airfield, Construction and Ember valley.
The update also includes a number of new BMW M Performance parts, Drift Runs and steering wheel support.
Team17 has released a new trailer for Sword Legacy: Omen, a turn-based strategy game developed by Firecast Studios and Fableware Narrative Design. Sword Legacy: Omen will be available for PC in 2018.
CD Projekt Red today announced the release of the Xbox One X upgrade patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. In addition, the studio announced that an upgrade patch introducing HDR support will soon be released for the PlayStation 4 Pro.
The Xbox One X upgrade patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt introduces a number of graphical features and tweaks to the game across two visual fidelity options — 4K Mode and Performance Mode. In 4K Mode, the game and all its additional content will run in 4K resolution (or supersampled on a non-4K display), featuring enhanced shadows, ambient occlusion and texture filtering, as well as higher resolution textures and gameplay at 30 fps. Switching to Performance Mode will enable dynamic resolution scaling, rendering the game at a resolution of minimum 1080p and up to 4K, while targeting 60 fps during gameplay. Both modes will additionally feature support for HDR, making the game look more vivid when played on an HDR-capable display.

Focus Home Interactive and developer Big Bad Wolf have released a teaser trailer for The Council, a new twist on the episodic narrative adventure genre. Episode 1: The Mad Ones is expected to release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in February.

Kalypso Media today announce that the second instalment of Daedalic Entertainment’s interactive novel, The Pillars of the Earth, is available now for the PC version of the game, with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions to follow at the end of January. Book 2 – Sowing the Wind is the next chapter of Daedalic Entertainment’s adaptation of the book series by Ken Follett. Those who purchased the physical retail edition of The Pillars of the Earth will automatically have access to Books 2 and 3 at no additional cost. Book 3 – Eye on the Storm is on track to launch in May 2018.
