Iceberg Interactive and developer Coronado Games today announced that their spaceship-building game Starship Corporation is releasing out of Steam’s Early Access Program on May 3rd.
Last Encounter, the intergalactic roguelike twin-stick shooter with extensive weapon customization from Exordium Games, will release on PC via Steam on May 8th. Console-based pilots can join the fight for humanity on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One when it comes to consoles in Q3 2018.
The limited time mode, 50v50, is back with improvements in Fortnite Battle Royale. In this new version, each team has a bus that approaches from opposite directions of the map. On the map, the friendly bus has a blue outline, and the enemy has red. The final storm circle is visible on the mini-map from the start and players are given 10 minutes to loot the map as the storm closes in on the circle, then five minutes to fight, and another five minutes as the storm shrinks to the end.
Supply drops come in batches of 3-6, fall every two minutes, and only land in the final storm circle. A dotted line has been been added to the map to indicate “battle lines” between the two teams. While players can cross the line, this will make running into enemies more likely. Other tweaks have been made, including increases to resource gathering, item spawns, ammo, and more.
Players can also earn double the XP from Thursday, April 19th until Sunday, April 22nd.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today revealed the content for the Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Character and Level Pack, the new DLC for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. The upcoming pack, available at $2.99, adds a level and characters straight from the comics in celebration of the upcoming film, Avengers: Infinity War, in theaters on April 27th.
This level offers players the chance to control Thanos, one of the most dangerous Super Villains in the Marvel Universe, and his ruthless army. The Mad Titan and the Children of Thanos have invaded Attilan to take on Black Bolt and the Inhumans in an all-new original game level. Working as a team, the menacing crew must work their way through the various levels of Attilan before they are given the opportunity to break through to Black Bolt’s throne. New unlockable characters Thanos, Corvus Glaive, Cull Obsidian, Proxima Midnight, Ebony Maw, Hulkbuster 2.0, and Groot (Avengers: Infinity War) add to the main game’s roster of over 200 Super Heroes and Super Villains.

Paradox Interactive and Colossal Order today announced that Cities: Skylines will be getting a new expansion, Parklife on May 24th. Parklife is a new add-on for the PC version of the city-builder that will make your city more vibrant than ever with new amusement parks and zoos; nature reserves and city parks, giving new life to your empty land with custom green spaces.
In addition to the paid expansion, Cities: Skylines will also get a free PC update, including a new tourism panel, trees that reduce noise pollution, a camera mode upgrade, new tourist models, and new modding features, including submeshmodding and an improved camera system so users can control the camera with scripts.
PM Studios and acttil today announced that their latest music game, Musynx, is coming to Nintendo Switch both physically and digitally on June 19th. The first 5,000 copies of Musynx for Switch will also feature limited edition package art.
PM Studios and acttil have also decided to bring Musynx to PlayStation users. The game will be available digitally for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on June 19th And working with Limited Run Games, Musynx will be available physically for PlayStation at a later date.
