2K today announced that UFC Hall of Famer and current WWE Superstar, “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey, will make her WWE console video game debut in WWE 2K19. The “Baddest Woman on the Planet” will appear in WWE 2K19 as a playable character wearing her signature ring gear inspired by “Rowdy” Roddy Piper.
Rousey, alongside former WWE Champion Rey Mysterio, will be available as bonus content for those who pre-order the game at participating retailers for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. WWE 2K19 is currently scheduled for release on October 9th, with Early Access players receiving their copies and in-game bonuses beginning four days early on October 5th.
Today, DICE revealed on their blog the full details surrounding their “Road To Battlefield V” program, offering players free Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 expansion content, in-game gear that they can take to Battlefield V, and other challenges and various in-game activities leading up to the launch of Battlefield V on October 19th.
The “Road To Battlefield V” started in May with free giveaways of the In the Name of the Tsar and Final Stand expansions from Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4, respectively, and will further expand through the summer months to offer even more free content and in-game events.
The next wave of promotional activities includes more expansion giveaways, weekly rewards for playing (including the ability to net exclusive vanity items for use in Battlefield V when it launches), new map rotations, and much more.

THQ Nordic today announced that hack-n-slash action-adventure Darksiders III, currently in development at Gunfire Games, is scheduled to release on November 27th for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

This past weekend at Anime Expo, indie game developer Lab Zero Games released an exclusive first-look at an animated intro for their upcoming hybrid platformer/RPG game Indivisible. The game is being developed for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC with a scheduled release in the first half of 2019.
