Dying Light: Bad Blood Hits Steam Early Access in September

Techland today announced that their upcoming post-apocalyptic “brutal royale” game, Dying Light: Bad Blood, will be available in September via Steam Early Access on PC.

During the early access phase, Dying Light: Bad Blood will be playable by purchasing the Founder’s Pack, which not only grants access to the game before its final release but also includes in-game content available only to Founders.

Just Cause 4 Tornado Gameplay Reveal

Today sees the release of brand new gameplay from Just Cause 4. Thanks to the new Apex Engine, Avalanche Studios have taken the series signature destruction and physics to a whole new level with the introduction of fully simulated Extreme Weather events. This new video highlights the sheer power and scale of one of the four unique, Extreme Weather simulations in Just Cause 4, the tornado.

Just Cause 4 will release December 4th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Windjammers 2 Announced

Dotemu today announced that the disc throwing game, Windjammers, is getting a sequel. Windjammers 2 is in development and will arrive on Nintendo Switch and PC in 2019. Windjammers 2 will combine everything fans love about the classic title with entirely hand-drawn 2D animations to create the ultimate windjamming experience. Additionally, the Blitworks-developed Dotemu rendition of the original NEO GEO game will land on the Nintendo Switch on October 23rd for $19.99.

Hitman 2 Reveals World of Assassination

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and IO Interactive today announced World of Assassination, an ever-expanding game world that will bring remastered and enhanced locations from the previous game to Hitman 2.

Known as the Hitman Legacy Pack, all six locations – Paris, Sapienza, Marrakesh, Bangkok, Colorado and Hokkaido – will be accessible as DLC and will incorporate various new features from Hitman 2, including a brand new progression system, addition of hiding in foliage and crowds displayed at improved fidelity, picture-in-picture mode, strategic use of mirrors, improved combat A.I., new gameplay items like the briefcase, dart gun, flash grenades, etc., new difficulty levels, and much more.

The Hitman Legacy Pack will be available to owners of the previous game for free. Owners of Season 1 can download the remastered and enhanced content once Hitman 2 launches without any additional costs.
