Kalypso Media today announced that Necrophage’s Curse, the latest DLC for Shadows: Awakening, is available now on Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
In Necrophage’s Curse, the Devourer corrals his strongest souls to confront the Necrophage, the Eater of the Dead. Players will rise above death itself as they investigate a deadly curse and reveal the secrets of the Necropolis. Along the journey, players will battle with the eponymous Necrophage and consume his soul to add this unique puppet to the party. Players can begin the DLC both by starting over from scratch or by heading back to Kyallisar in an existing adventure.
Square Enix continues to commemorate the two-year anniversary of Final Fantasy XV with the release of a standalone edition of Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer: Comrades for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Square Enix today announced that fan-favorite character Yuna is now available for Dissidia Final Fantasy NT as the fifth downloadable character in the Season Pass.
Originally appearing in Final Fantasy X, Yuna is a devoted summoner who embarks on a pilgrimage with Tidus and her other guardians. In Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, Yuna utilizes an array of magical abilities, including a unique ability allowing her to summon her trustworthy companion, Valefor, to aid her in battle. Depending on Yuna’s status, Valefor will attack or defend.
The Final Battlefield map is also now available to play in both offline and online modes for all players. Additionally, fans are now able to listen to a new set of background music tracks, including both original and arranged versions of famous themes from the Final Fantasy series.
Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have announced that they will partner once again for the release of World War Z, Saber’s upcoming four-player co-op multiplayer game inspired by Paramount Pictures’ action film. Also released today is a new video breaking down World War Z’s main classes. World War Z is expected to launch in 2019.
