Today, 2K and Gearbox Software revealed the final two classes for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands as part of a major update detailing an overview of the Multiclass system, a new character, and more environments and enemies. The brand new “Welcome to Wonderlands #3″ trailer and a third Dev Diary offers perspectives straight from the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands development team.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will launch on March 25th across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via the Epic Games Store exclusively at launch, and on other PC digital storefronts later in 2022.
2K today unveiled an early look at WWE 2K22 gameplay with the Booyaka Gameplay Trailer featuring a slew of WWE Superstars and Legends laying the smack down on their opponents. The trailer showcases visuals made possible by the redesigned gameplay engine, new animations, new game modes including MyGM, and much more. Stay tuned for more details to be released later this week. WWE 2K22 will be available March 11th.
Announced at The Elder Scrolls Online 2022 Global Reveal stream, this year’s adventure will showcase “The Legacy of the Bretons.” Featuring a never-before-seen world in The Elder Scrolls series, The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle Chapter will launch on June 6th for PC and Stadia, while the Chapter will make its Xbox and PlayStation debut on June 21st.
In High Isle, ESO players will experience an island paradise steeped in medieval culture and architecture, complete with magnificent castles and tournament grounds. The story of this year’s Chapter focuses on political intrigue, and High Isle is the perfect getaway destination for alliance delegates to take on peace talks that would put an end to the Three Banners War. While the summit is hosted by the noble Society of the Steadfast, players should beware of The Ascendant Order and their chaotic motives.
A previously unexplored region, the Systres Archipelago takes inspiration from the beautiful, windswept shores of the Mediterranean. Here lies the world of High Isle, home of the Bretons, descendants of both humans and elves. The social elite live in the feudalistic society of Gonfalon Bay, the center point of all political dealings on High Isle. Above all, ruthlessness is a virtue here, so players will have to watch their backs!
Last year, ESO brought Companions to players, and in 2022, ZeniMax Online Studios is doubling down on the system. Players will have access to two all-new companions, Ember, a Khajiit who grew up on the streets and has a knack for magic, and Isobel, a Breton and aspiring knight who feels called to do right by players.
Also new in 2022 is a brand-new card game called Tales of Tribute, playable within the world of ESO. Invented in High Isle, this is a unique, resource-building game complete with PvP and PvE. Players can even increase their rank through Tales’ own leveling system. Plus, there are rewards to be unlocked like furnishings, transmute stones, and even advancing a storyline by competing against specific NPCs around the world.
Today, BioWare and Lucasfilm Games unveiled a new trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic, shedding new light on the story that will unfold in the upcoming expansion, “Legacy of the Sith,” which will launch on February 15th.
Sony Interactive Entertainment and Guerilla Games today announced that Horizon Forbidden West has gone gold and will be available on February 18th on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Check out the PlayStation Blog for new gameplay captured on the PlayStation 4 Pro console.
Square Enix and Original Fire Games today announced that the top-down racing game Circuit Superstars is now available on PlayStation 4. The game is also available for purchase on PC via Steam and Xbox One.
Sega and Two Point Studios today confirmed that the college simulation Two Point Campus is coming to PC and consoles on May 17th, and will be available on Game Pass on day one.
Crytek today announced that the fourth installment in the Crysis series is in development. More details will be revealed at a later date.
Techland has presented the roadmap for the next few months of Dying Light 2 Stay Human post-launch support. The first story DLC is planned for this summer, and many updates are planned for at least five years beyond launch, including stories, events, challenges, cosmetics, weapons, and much more.
