Kalypso Media today released the “Pirate Heaven” DLC for the PC version of Tropico 4.
In the Pirate Heaven DLC, players can now ignore those pesky international blockades, importing goods via the new Smuggler’s Hut building, and boost their naval power courtesy of the new “Sailor” character trait. In addition, your minions will now be able to resort to piracy as a way of making quick money, though all that ship hijacking, ransoming, pillaging and plundering is sure to attract international attention (and ire), so you’ll need to build up your defenses to protect Tropico from invasion. Last but never least, players can dress up their female avatars with the new “Pirate Queen” outfit.
The Pirate Heaven DLC is available now through various digital portals and the Kalypso Launcher for $4.99. The Pirate Heaven DLC will be available later this year for the Xbox 360.
Fatshark today released the co-op DLC to Krater. The patch is the first of three major updates to the PC role-playing game that will roll out in the coming weeks.

Sony Computer Entertainment today announced that the God of War: Ascension Multiplayer Beta will be available to PS Plus members this winter. In the multiplayer beta, each warrior will align themselves with one of four Gods who will grant a different set of unlockable powers, armor sets and abilities, which leads to a unique style of play for each God.
The first God players will be able to align with in the Beta will be Zeus so Sony has released a new trailer that will give you a primer on Zeus and his powers.
Insomniac Games has released a progress update video for Fuse. The 18-minute video offers new story details and a reveal of the game’s progression system. Insomniac Games also shows off its Fusion mode along with some tips on how to use the Fuse-powered weapons. Finally, you’ll learn more about LEAP, a feature that allows you to switch between agents at will during the story-driven campaign. Fuse will be available in March for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
