ZombiU – Multiplayer Trailer

Ubisoft has released a multiplayer trailer for ZombiU, highlighting a lone survivor facing off against the ‘King of the Zombies’ and his undead horde in the game’s multiplayer mode. ZombiU will be available on November 18th exclusively for Wii U.

Dead or Alive 5 Swimsuit DLC Released

Team Ninja today released new downloadable content packs for Dead or Alive 5. Available now for download via the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace, these new packs include:

• Angels ($2.99 / 240 MS Points) – Kasumi, Hitomi and Leifang look positively angelic with their bouncy bunny ears and sweet two-pieces.
• Devils ($2.99 / 240 MS Points) – Ayane, Christie and Tina are back in black…bikinis and bunny ears.

Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition Ships

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today announced that Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition for the Wii U has shipped to stores nationwide. Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition brings gamers back to Arkham with enhanced gameplay features for the Wii U and the Wii U GamePad. The game includes all available downloadable content, plus added gameplay elements developed exclusively for the Wii U.

Wonderbook: Book of Spells Ships

Sony Computer Entertainment America today announced the launch of Wonderbook: Book of Spells, available exclusively for PlayStation 3. The first title to utilize the new PS3 peripheral, Wonderbook, Book of Spells is a storytelling title that brings a world of magic to life on-screen using the latest augmented reality technology via the PlayStation Eye camera and PlayStation Move motion controller. It is also the first product to result from Sony’s partnership with Pottermore, J.K. Rowling’s free-to-use website that builds an online experience around the reading of her Harry Potter books.

The Hip Hop Dance Experience Ships

Ubisoft today announced that The Hip Hop Dance Experience has shipped to stores nationwide for Kinect for Xbox 360 and the Wii. The Hip Hop Dance Experience features a hip-hop track list with over thirty chart-topping tracks, including many of yesterday and today’s hottest songs from artists like Drake, Lil’ Wayne, Outkast, Run-DMC, Nicki Minaj, and Snoop Dogg.

StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm Dated

Blizzard Entertainment today announced that StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, the first expansion to StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, will be available in stores and online beginning March 12th, 2013. Heart of the Swarm features a new campaign continuing the story of Sarah Kerrigan, Queen of Blades, as she gathers the remnants of the zerg Swarm and plots her revenge against the treacherous dictator of the Koprulu sector, Arcturus Mengsk. It also introduces several new multiplayer units and features that enhance the StarCraft II online experience.

Blizzard is offering a Collector’s Edition of Heart of the Swarm loaded with digital and physical bonus items, available exclusively at select retail stores for $79.99. Players will also have the option of purchasing a Digital Deluxe version of the expansion, which will include all of the digital items from the Collector’s Edition. The Digital Deluxe version will be available directly from Blizzard via www.StarCraft2.com for $59.99.

The Digital Deluxe version of Heart of the Swarm includes a full digital copy of the expansion along with the following in-game bonus items:

• StarCraft II Torrasque: Crush the enemies of the Swarm with the indomitable Torrasque, a fearsome new look for your zerg Ultralisks.
• StarCraft II Battle.net Portraits and Decals: New Swarm-infested Battle.net portraits and decals help you customize the look of your online profile and in-game army.

The Sims 3 Seasons Released

Maxis today announced that The Sims 3 Seasons expansion pack is now available in stores nationwide and for digital download at Origin.com. In The Sims 3 Seasons, players can experience the changing seasons with transformative weather, new activities such as snowboarding, soccer shoot-outs, and roller-skating, festivals and other surprises.

PS Plus Coming to PS Vita Next Week

Sony Computer Entertainment America today announced that PlayStation Plus, the premium membership from PlayStation Network, will expand its Instant Game Collection to include support for PlayStation Vita beginning November 19th. PS Plus members will receive six titles to play on PS Vita in addition to the 12 games currently available for the PlayStation 3.

On day one, PS Plus members will be able to download a selection of PS Vita games including Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Jet Set Radio, WipEout 2048, Gravity Rush, and Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack! as well as the PSP game Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. PS Plus is expanding as part of the PS Vita System Software Update (version 2.00).

LEGO The Lord of the Rings Ships

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games today announced that LEGO The Lord of the Rings is now available in stores nationwide for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and PC. Based on The Lord of the Rings motion picture trilogy, LEGO The Lord of the Rings takes players on an epic journey through Middle-earth as they take the form of their favorite members of the Fellowship and relive momentous events from the films.
