Namco Bandai today announced a special bundle offer with clubNamco purchases of Armored Core: Verdict Day for the PlayStation 3. The exclusive clubNamco bundle will inclue a copy of Armored Core: Verdict Day, CD soundtrack, art book, and a limited edition Armored Core unit figurine for $149.99.
Armored Core: Verdict Day will be available this fall for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
EA Sports has released a FIFA 14 gameplay trailer showcasing new features for the game on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
A new feature called Pure Shot and a brand-new Real Ball Physics system will transform shooting, making every shot attempt feel real, and when players connect with the perfect strike, feel exhilarating. Plus, new step-based locomotion technology delivers Precision Movement, bringing the authentic motion of professional players to FIFA 14. Players now plant, pivot and cut, feel more agile and athletic, and move with the explosiveness of elite athletes.
FIFA 14 will be available on September 24th.
Disney Interactive today announced the newest play set for Disney Infinity, The Lone Ranger. Within the Lone Ranger play set, players can take on the role of the Lone Ranger or Tonto as they set out to bring Butch Cavendish and his gang of outlaws to justice.
The Lone Ranger play set pack will be available when Disney Infinity launches on August 18th.
Nintendo today announced that Animal Crossing: New Leaf will launch for the Nintendo 3DS on June 9th, inviting residents to move in and, in a series first, become mayors of their own personalized towns. Animal Crossing: New Leaf is based on the real-world calendar – no two days in the game are the same – and includes features new to the series like customizing specific pieces of furniture, visiting a tropical island, swimming in the ocean and sharing personalized homes with friends.
Paradox Interactive is now taking pre-orders for the meta-RPG Knights of Pen & paper +1 Edition for the PC. Working closely with Behold Studios, Paradox has helped to level up the game, including new features such as a tavern, dungeon areas, a longer campaign, and plenty of new unhealthy snacks for the players’ in-game players.
Knights of Pen & Paper +1 Edition can be pre-ordered for $9.99, and there is a premium Knights of Pen & Paper +1 Digital Deluxe Edition for $14.99 which comes with plenty of extra loot. Both versions are scheduled to launch on June 18th.
Konami has released a new trailer for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. The next chapter of the Castlevania series will be released on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC this winter.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 picks up where the first game left off, with a resurrected Dracula left weakened by his ordeal and yearning for release from his immortal bonds. Besieged from all sides, Dracula is also threatened by Satan, who has returned to walk the Earth in a quest to bring about the apocalypse as an act of final revenge for his defeat.
A weakened Dracula must regain his lost powers in order to make a pact with Death to defeat the Devil and gain eternal rest. However, the famed Belmont clan is also intent on slaying the Vampire and unlocking the truth behind their mysterious ancestry. The fight between good and evil comes to a dramatic close, as Dracula faces his nemesis in Satan and the Belmonts’ unyielding quest for revenge.
2K and Firaxis Games announced today that Sid Meier’s Civilization V is free to play on Steam starting today at 10:00am PDT until Sunday, June 9th at 1:00pm PDT. In addition, as part of the celebration of the upcoming release of the second expansion pack, Sid Meier’s Civilization V: Brave New World, the entire Civilization V franchise will be 75% off from participating digital partners starting today at 10:00am PDT until Monday, June 10th at 10:00am PDT. Players who participate in the free to play weekend on Steam will have until 10:00am PDT on Monday, June 10th to purchase Civilization V at 75% off and keep their progress of the game intact.
Additionally, Sid Meier’s Civilization V: Brave New World can be pre-ordered starting today at 10:00am PDT. By pre-ordering Brave New World from participating digital partners before the game’s release on July 9th, fans will receive 10% off on their purchase of the title.

Sega today announced that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F, a rhythm game where players can experience a concert with the virtual diva at any given moment, will be available on PlayStation 3 in August. Being the first console game released for the franchise in the West, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F will include all of the updated graphics, additional songs and features of the Japanese version, but fans won’t have to wait long to play the game as the demo will be available on June 11th.
