Namco Bandai today announced Pac-Man Museum. The compilation is scheduled to launch in the winter 2013 as a digital download release for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
Pac-Man Museum will include classic Pac-Man titles as well as newer arcade releases, allowing gamers to play through the evolution of Pac-Man from his humble beginnings from 1980 through 2008’s Pac-Man Championship Edition and 2010’s arcade title Pac-Man Battle Royale.
Pac-Man also returns this late summer with a free title update for Pac-Man Championship Edition DX on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Pac-Man CE DX + upgrades 2010’s downloadable title with improved leaderboard functionality, in-game achievements and medals, as well as access to additional DLC mazes, music and graphics including classic Dig Dug and Rally-X sprites.
