After positive feedback from players at gamescom 2013, free-to-play FPS Warface has been edging closer to launch with a new round of Closed Beta tests.
From today, everyone who has previously participated in any Warface Beta will be able to play again at the following times and dates:

Blue Manchu today announced that its browser-based game Card Hunter is now available to play at www.cardhunter.com.
Created in collaboration with Magic: The Gathering creator Richard Garfield, Card Hunter is Irrational Games co-founder Jonathan Chey’s first game since BioShock, mixing card collecting, board gaming and fantasy role-playing.
Card Hunter is free to play but offers a special Basic Edition, which includes all the Treasure Hunt adventures, one month Card Hunter Club membership, and nine extra figures for $25.
XSEED Games today announced that the RPG simulation adventure title Rune Factory 4 will release on October 1st for the Nintendo 3DS. The title will be available both packaged and digitally on Nintendo’s eShop for $39.99.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today that The Lord of the Rings Online: Helm’s Deep, the next expansion to the free-to-play MMORPG, will launch on November 18th. Helm’s Deep will continue the story into the western plains of Rohan, allow players to take a role in the legendary battle for Helm’s Deep while advancing to the new level cap of 95.

Bohemia Interactive today announced that Arma 3 is now available in stores nationwide and for PC digital download.
Set on the Mediterranean islands of Altis (270 km²) and Stratis (20 km²), Arma 3 features 12 singleplayer missions, 3 factions showcases, 9 multiplayer scenarios, 10 firing drill challenges, more than 20 vehicles and 40 weapons, 5 factions, the scenario editor and modding support. The post-launch campaign will be made available via 3 free DLC episodes after release.

Steam Family Sharing, a new service feature that allows close friends and family members to share their libraries of Steam games, is coming to Steam. The feature will become available next week, in limited beta on Steam.
Steam Family Sharing is designed for close friends and family members to play one another’s Steam games while each earning their own Steam achievements and storing their own saves and application data to the Steam cloud. It’s all enabled by authorizing a shared computer.
Once a device is authorized, the lender’s library of Steam games becomes available for others on the machine to access, download, and play. Though simultaneous usage of an account’s library is not allowed, the lender may always access and play his games at any time. If he decides to start playing when a friend is borrowing one of his games, the friend will be given a few minutes to either purchase the game or quit playing.

QubicGames today announced that AiRace Speed, the third installment of the AiRace series, will be available September 19th on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS for $4.99.
Coffee Stain Studios announced today that the tower-defense and first-person shooter hybrid, Sanctum 2, is now available on PlayStation Network for $14.99. The PlayStation Network version of Sanctum 2 includes the PC patch that increases the defense tower capacity, tower resources for all players in multiplayer games, and the number of tower bases gained after every enemy wave.
