Creative Assembly today announced the release of the Nomadic Tribes Culture Pack for Total War: Rome II. Featuring new playable factions the Royal Scythians, Roxolani and Massagetae, the Nomadic Tribes Culture Pack (normally $7.99) is available now and will be free if downloaded before October 29th.
