Ubisoft today announced that South Park: The Stick of Truth is now available in stores nationwide for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
Telltale Games and Robert Kirkman today announced the release of ‘A House Divided,’ the second of five episodes of The Walking Dead: Season Two – A Telltale Games Series.
The episode is available now on the PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3, PC from the Telltale Online Store, and other digital outlets, including Steam. The episode will be available tomorrow, March 5th on Xbox Games Store for Xbox 360.
Launching on the same day as Yoshi’s latest video game adventure, Yoshi’s New Island, is a green Yoshi Edition Nintendo 3DS XL system that features an image of Yoshi on the front, as well as a series of Yoshi eggs on the back. The system will launch on March 14th for $199.99. Yoshi’s New Island launches separately on March 14th for $39.99.
Activision and Infinity Ward, in partnership with Xbox, will be hosting a free Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer demo on Xbox Live this coming weekend. Starting Friday, March 7th at 1:00 pm EST and going through Monday, March 10th, gamers on Xbox One and Xbox 360 will be able to jump on Xbox Live and try out Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer at no cost. The demo will include three multiplayer maps – Strikezone, Warhawk, and Prison break; three multiplayer modes – Search & Rescue, Domination and Team Deathmatch; and the original Extinction game mode – Point of Contact. Come Friday, gamers will just need to sign-in to Xbox Live, download the Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer demo, and get right into a match against friends, family, and anyone else enjoying the free demo weekend.
Independent game studio Vlambeer and publisher Devolver Digital today announced that the aerial dogfighting simulator Luftrausers will launch on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PC via Steam and Humble on March 18th for $9.99.
Activision today unveiled the pre-order bonus for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. Web-heads who buy the game early through GameStop will receive the Web Threads Suit Pack, a DLC bundle making available four sleek, super-powered suits for Spidey’s wardrobe on launch day. Sony Computer Entertainment today announced the game lineup for its annual Spring Fever PlayStation Store event, highlighting upcoming games created by independent developers and offering exclusive discounts for PlayStation Plus members. Spring Fever will also feature weekly sales on popular gaming franchises, including Need for Speed, Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto and BioShock.
This year, Spring Fever features new indie games for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. With a new PS3 and PS4 title launching each week over the next four weeks, this year’s offering nearly doubles that of the previous year.

Danish investment firm, SDN Invest, has acquired Apogee Software, Ltd, doing business as 3D Realms (not to be confused with Apogee Software, LLC – publishers of Rise of the Triad). SDN Invest is part-owner and principal investor in Denmark-based game studio and Rise of the Triad developer, Interceptor Entertainment. Effective immediately, the new CEO of 3D Realms will be Mike Nielsen. Mr. Nielsen also serves as Chairman of the Board at Interceptor.
