In a blog post celebrating N7 day, Casey Hudson, VP, Studio GM of BioWare, announced Mass Effect Legendary Edition, a remastered edition of the Mass Effect trilogy. Mass Effect Legendary Edition will include single-player base content and DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3, plus promo weapons, armors, and packs – all remastered and optimized for 4k Ultra HD. It will be available in Spring 2021 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, with forward compatibility and targeted enhancements on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
In addition, Casey Hudson stated that a veteran team has begun work envisioning the next chapter of the Mass Effect universe.

Codemasters today celebrates the launch of DIRT 5 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. DIRT 5 offers a mix of game modes from traditional racing across multiple terrains, arena creation through Playgrounds and a host of multiplayer features including three party games. DIRT 5 will also be available for Xbox Series X|S on November 10th and PlayStation 5 on November 12th.
Criterion Games, in collaboration with Stellar Entertainment, today launched Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game will be available on Nintendo Switch on November 13th. Featuring cross-platform asynchronous multiplayer competition for the first time, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered brings back the Autolog feature that allows players to connect, compare and compete with friends. As the launch of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles later this month approaches, Rockstar Games has announced that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 will be playable via backward compatibility, along with the most recent versions of L.A. Noire (including the PlayStation VR version of L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files), all previous backward compatible Rockstar Games titles on Xbox One, and all Rockstar Games PlayStation 2 titles currently available on the PlayStation 4 from the PlayStation Store.

Square Enix today revealed “Expeditions”, the post-campaign content for Outriders, the RPG-shooter from People Can Fly and Square Enix External Studios. “Expeditions” will challenge even the most accomplished Outrider as they battle through a series of missions to unlock the most powerful equipment in the game.
Outriders will release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on February 2nd, 2021 and Google Stadia later in 2021.

Square Enix invites players to begin their journey in Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition with a downloadable demo now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Offering up to 10 hours of content from the opening of the game, players will take on the role of the Luminary, a young man who discovers a destiny that will change his life forever.
The demo showcases new features and quality of life improvements specific to the Definitive Edition, including the ability to speed up battles, Japanese and English audio, a symphonic soundtrack and a photo mode. Progress from the demo can be carried over to the full game when it releases on December 4th. As an added bonus, players who complete the main scenario of the demo will receive three “Seed of Skill,” which grant players an extra skill point when consumed and can be used either in the demo or upon continuing their save progress in the full game.
