Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The LEGO Group today announced the second installment to the LEGO Ninjago franchise, LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids is coming to the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita this summer. LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids will feature 30 levels that follow the key plot scenarios featured in the LEGO Ninjago Rebooted animated series.
LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids players will face their greatest challenge as they work to protect New Ninjago City from the Overlord’s Nindroid army. Infiltrate Borg Tower, fly the Kai Fighter and face off against the evil Tech Wu. Take to the streets in Cole’s Earth Mech and Jay’s Thunder Raider, defend the skies in Zane’s Ninjacopter, escape Pythor on Lloyd’s Golden Cycle, and enter the Digiverse for a final battle. Story mode features additional favourite characters like Nya, Sensei Garmadon, Samurai X, and PIXAL.

Natumse today announced that Yumi’s Odd Odyssey is now available exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS eShop for $29.99. Known in Japan as Umihara Kawase, the game features a girl armed with only with her backpack and trusty fishing hook, travelling through a dream-like world filled with fish and other wildlife gone awry.
Ubisoft today announced that players who pre-purchase Trials Fusion for PC will have access to a closed beta, which will begin on March 21st. Trials Fusion will be available digitally on PC for $19.99 on April 24th.
Bethesda Softworks has released two new videos for Wolfenstein: The New Order. In the latest installment of the Bethesda Underground video series, ‘Know Your Devs’, MachineGames’ narrative designer Tommy Tordsson Björk discusses his proudest moments while working on Wolfenstein: The New Order, including writing the Chapter 3 train sequence. Bethesd has also released a video of the train scene he created – entitled On a Train to Berlin. Check out B.J. Blazkowicz as he first encounters one of Wolfenstein’s most-sinister villains, Frau Engel, on a train from Poland en route to Eisenwald Prison.
Wolfenstein is slated for release on May 20th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. As an added bonus, everyone pre-ordering the game will be invited to access the DOOM beta with their copy of Wolfenstein.
The Last of Us has captured the award for Game of the Year at last night’s Game Developers Choice Awards ceremony. The game was also honored with Best Design and Best Narrative Awards. BioShock Infinite won the awards for Best Audio and Best Visual Art, while indie darling, Papers, Please won the Innovation Award and the honor for Best Downloadable Game.
Other winners of the night include the development team of The Fullbright Company, creators of Gone Home. Nintendo’s stalwart hero, Link, earned the award for Best Handheld title for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, marking the fourth win for the Zelda franchise since the inception of the Choice Awards in 2000. Grand Theft Auto V won the award for Best Technology and indie developer Squad scored the inaugural Audience Choice Award for their sandbox space flight game, Kerbal Space Program.
Tecmo Koei has released the first trailer for the PS4 version of Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition, revealing several new modes including Ambition Mode, Challenge Mode, additions to Free Mode and Story Mode, which adds multiple stages and side stories.
Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition will be available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends for the PlayStation 3, on March 25th.
