Phoenix Online Publishing and No Bull Intentions today announced that all three issues of the superhero comedy adventure Supreme League of Patriots will be releasing on January 29th for PC on Steam and the Phoenix Online Store for $14.99 as a season pass and $5.99 individually, and pre-orders are available now at a 10% discount.

Forza Motorsport 6 Announced

Today, at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios officially announced Forza Motorsport 6, which is in development and will be arriving exclusively on Xbox One. The news came alongside the announcement of the worldwide debut of the all-new Ford GT, which will serve as the cover car for Forza Motorsport 6. In addition, Ford’s performance vehicle line-up will appear in Forza Motorsport 6. This includes the GT, Shelby GT350 Mustang, and the F-150 Raptor, debuted by Ford earlier today at the auto show. As “First in Forza” vehicles, Forza fans will have the opportunity to drive these cars when they debut in Forza Motorsport 6.

The Writers Guild of America today announced nominations for outstanding achievement in writing for videogames during 2014. Winners will be honored at the 2015 Writers Guild Awards on February 14th at simultaneous ceremonies in Los Angeles and New York City.

Shadow of Mordor Leads 2015 GDC Award Nominations

The 15th annual Game Developers Choice Awards has revealed the finalists for 2015. Winners in all categories will be announced and honored at the Game Developers Choice Awards ceremony, taking place alongside the Independent Games Festival Awards on Wednesday, March 4th at 6:30pm at San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center during the 2015 Game Developers Conference.

Leading the pack with five nominations is Monolith Productions’ open-world action game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor – receiving nods for Game of the Year, Innovation, Best Design, Best Narrative and Best Technology. Following close behind are Creative Assembly’s Alien: Isolation and Destiny from Bungie, each of which were nominated for multiple awards across categories like Best Audio and Best Technology, and also nominated for the 2014 Game of the Year. Online voting for The Audience Awards for the GDCA will open to all finalists in February.
