During today’s Epic Games Store Spring Showcase live stream, Manticore Games announced that Core, the new UGC (User Generated Content) platform for creating and playing games is coming to the Epic Games Store this April.
Sony Interactive Entertainment and Insomniac Games today announced that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will launch exclusively for the PlayStation 5 on June 11th, with pre-orders starting today.
Today during the Epic Games Spring Showcase, Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios revealed that Magic: Legends will launch Open Beta on the Epic Games Store on March 23rd. The free-to-play, persistent world, action RPG pays tribute to Wizards of the Coast’s strategy card game, Magic: The Gathering, and is scheduled to launch on PC and consoles in 2021. When Magic: Legends enters Open Beta at the end of March, players can take on the role of a Planeswalker by downloading the game on the Epic Games Store (which will connect to the same PC server as Arc Games users). Those who explore the Multiverse on Epic Games will also be able to claim the Epic Planeswalker Starter Pack for free through April 6th. This bundle unlocks a Moorland Ranger Costume, Moorland Ranger Werewolf Summon Skin and 2 drop boosts, which increase the drop rate of rewards for 30 minutes of play in either instanced or overworld content.
Square Enix, Disney and Epic Games today announced that for the first time ever, the Kingdom Hearts series is coming to PC via the Epic Games Store on March 30th. Announced as part of the Epic Games Store Spring Showcase 2021, PC gamers can join Sora, Donald and Goofy to play through two classic Kingdom Hearts collections along with Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC) and recently released rhythm-action title Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory.

Today during The Epic Games Store Spring Showcase, Frogwares debuted their first gameplay teaser showing Sherlock Holmes Chapter One in action running on Unreal Engine 4. The full gameplay trailer is set for March along with additional info about what else people can expect from the game, which is expected to release sometime in 2021 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Kalypso Media and Frima Studio today announced Disciples: Liberation – a brand-new mature, dark fantasy strategy RPG – is arriving in Q4 of 2021 on PC and next-gen consoles, including PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Disciples: Liberation marks a new beginning for the franchise, allowing players to explore a dark fantasy world, fight beasts in turn-based combat, take on hundreds of quests and foster relationships with an assortment of in-world factions: from a human empire tinged by religious extremism to the dark forces of the undead lead by a mad queen. Alliances forged, players can build an army and trade resources for an assortment of upgrades to their home base. No choice is without consequence and depending on decisions and political alignments, one wrong move could see a deadly domino effect, irrevocably changing the course of their story.
A closed PC alpha for Disciples: Liberation will be available soon, allowing 200 players to go hands-on with the game.
Bandai Namco today announced that Little Nightmares II is now available for purchase for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and PC via Steam. The game will also be available later in 2021 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a free upgrade for owners of the PS4 or Xbox One versions.

Victura and Highwire Games today announced Six Days in Fallujah, a first-person tactical military shooter based on true stories from the Second Battle for Fallujah in 2004, coming to PC and consoles in 2021. Originally announced by Atomic Games in 2009, Six Days in Fallujah returns with a new publisher, new developer and an all-new game.

2K announced today that infamous WWE authority figure and occasional in-ring competitor Mr. McMahon will step into the WWE 2K Battlegrounds ring alongside several additional WWE Superstars, Legends and Hall of Famers, including Paige, Mustafa Ali, Lana, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Doink the Clown, Mr. Perfect, The British Bulldog, Big Boss Man and more. The roster update starts February 10th and includes 24 new WWE Superstars, as well as two new arenas and 19 new customization items, making it the biggest roster update yet.
