Telltale Games announced that Minecraft: Story Mode will be the first Telltale game series to feature a player character where you choose their appearance. Players will be able to select from several different options for both male and female versions of our hero Jesse.

n-Space has released a new trailer for Sword Coast Legends, its co-op, party-based PC role-playing game set in the Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms universe, coming September 29th.
n-Space also announced that fans who pre-order Sword Coast LEgends will be provided with nearly three weeks of early access to the game, beginning as early as September 11th for Design Council members.
WG Labs revealed details about the Master of Orion Collector’s Edition. This special digital bundle for the reboot of the sci-fi strategy game will include the first three Master of Orion titles, a digital art book, modernized orchestral soundtrack, retro art style graphic motif, and an exclusive new race only available in the Collector’s Edition: the Terran Khanate. Players will also be granted Early Access — when available — so they can begin their quest for galactic supremacy ahead of other explorers.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed screenshots showcasing The Simpsons and Midway Arcade gameplay for LEGO Dimensions. Both The Simpsons and Midway Arcade levels are part of the LEGO Dimensions main game that can be played through in the Starter Pack.
The Simpsons Level within the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack incorporates a cel-shaded art style, for a look that is true to the original, animated series and unique from the other levels within the game. Players will face an unlikely pair of evil masterminds in The Simpsons Level – Lord Business and The Joker – who have joined Lord Vortech’s legion of villains and invaded Springfield. It is up to our heroes to defeat them and restore order in The Simpsons world. For fans of The Simpsons that want to customize their LEGO Dimensions experience, a The Simpsons Level Pack which includes a LEGO Homer Simpson minifigure and The Simpsons Fun Packs which include a LEGO Bart Simpson minifigure and a LEGO Krusty the Clown minifigure were also announced.
In the Midway Arcade Level within the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack, Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle find themselves in a videogame, where they must race in Super Sprint, smash their way through hordes of enemies in Gauntlet, save astronauts in Defender, and defeat robots in Robotron. For retro gamer fans, there will be a Midway Arcade Gamer Level Pack with a LEGO Retro Gamer minifigure, and an entire level with more than 20 arcade games to beat.
Launching September 27th, LEGO Dimensions will be available for Xbox One and Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, and Wii U.
Bandai Namco and Primal Game Studio have released an all-new CGI trailer for their upcoming multiplayer online battle arena PC game, Supernova. Set on a war torn battlefield in a nearby galaxy, the trailer tells a story from a new perspective: the minions of the MOBA genre. These unsung heroes play a pivotal role in defending the battle arena, which is played out in this latest trailer.
Supernova is currently in Closed Beta, and will be entering Open Beta later this year.

Obsidian Entertainment and My.com announced that Armored Warfare Early Access Test 5 will be launching on September 3rd and will last till September 20th. Along with many updates that include new maps, vehicles and gameplay changes, Early Access 5 will bring a brand new Base feature to the game. Base functions as the seat of power for a player’s Private Military Company (PMC) and consists of multiple buildings, which players choose to build and upgrade.
3D Realms and Interceptor Entertainment have released a new gameplay trailer for Bombshell, following its leading femme fatale Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison as she encounters an otherworldly threat hellbent on the Earth’s destruction.
The trailer pits its titular character against The Zeroth Guardian – towering twin-giants with ice powers, independently armed with a sword and a shield. The boss battle has multiple stages, requiring the use of Bombshell’s various offensive and defensive abilities in order to knock the sizable foe down a peg.
Bombshell is slated to be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.
