Life is Strange Season Finale Released

The Storm finally hits Arcadia Bay, some nine months after the series first began with the release of DONTNOD’s inaugural episodic adventure game; Life is Strange.

The end is here, however, and with the release of Episode 5: Polarized the series draws to a close. In it Max will face the most agonising decision of her life whilst Arcadia Bay is preparing to weather a huge storm as Life is Strange comes to a gripping and gut wrenching conclusion.

The season finale of Life is Strange is now available for download on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide – Bright Wizard Action Reel

Indie developer Fatshark has released the final Action Reel, showcasing gameplay from each of the five playable heroes in Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide. The final Action Reel is of Sienna Fuegonasus – a fiery tempered Bright Wizard, always in search of a greater challenge, and a long time addict to the flames of magic.

Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide will launch for PC via Steam on October 23rd.

September 2015 Video Game Sales Results

The NPD Group has released its retail report for the month of September. Both hardware sales and software sales were down year-over-year in September, by 27% and 3% respectively. Overall, total industry sales were down 9% to $1.01 billion. PlayStation 4 was the top-selling platform in September as well as No. 1 in software sales. After 23 months on the market, combined PS4 and Xbox One sales are 40% higher than the combined 23 month totals for PS3 and Xbox 360.

The top selling games of September were as follows:

5. Destiny: The Taken King

During the second Call of Duty: Black Ops III Black Fridays Live Stream today, Activision and Treyarch revealed a new puzzle- and time-based game mode, Free Run, in addition to details of its loyalty program.
