Just Cause 3 – Story Trailer

Square Enix has released a new trailer that reveals more details about the story of Just Cause 3.

Rico and the rebels will be joined by other key characters in their mission to liberate the island of Medici from the clutches of the tyrannous dictator General Di Ravello. The evil D.R.M. (Di Ravello’s Military) have harnessed the power of a resource called Bavarium and are using it as both a powerful explosive and an almost unlimited energy source.

Just Cause 3 will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on December 1st.

Nordic Games has released the launch trailer for Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition, coming October 27th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Pillars of Eternity Celebrates 500,000 Copies Sold

Obsidian Entertainment and Paradox Interactive today announced that Pillars of Eternity, the computer role-playing game made possible by a record-setting crowdfunding campaign, has now sold over 500,000 copies. Including fans who backed Pillars of Eternity on Kickstarter, over half a million players have purchased the game worldwide, making it one of the best-selling games on Steam this year. In addition to its two-part expansion The White March, Obsidian has plans to continue to expand upon its universe across several forthcoming releases.

Larian Studios has released the launch trailer for Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, coming October 27th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Just Cause 3 – 360° Wingsuit Ride

Square Enix has released a 360 degree video of the island of Medici… being set alight by Rico Rodriquez.

The video begins with Rico wing-walking on a plane and taking out the vertigo-inducing base named Vigilator Nord before wingsuiting to the naval base of Porto Le Gratia to kick start a rocket fueled explosion-fest.

New Hitman Video

Square Enix and IO Interactive have released a new video for Hitman. Prior to the E3 reveal, the team showed the game to a small, but loyal group of super fans. In addition to highlighting the fans’ reaction, the video also goes over some of the media reactions from E3.

Total War: Warhammer Coming April 28th

Sega and Creative Assembly today revealed the Pre-order Bonus, High King Edition and Limited Edition for Total War: Warhammer. The game will be the first in a trilogy, supported with free and paid-for content post-release, and is set to launch on April 28th.

Pre-order Bonus – Chaos Warriors Race Pack:

Those gamers who pre-order any edition from participating retailers will receive Total War: Warhammer’s first DLC for free alongside the game on release day. The Chaos Warriors Race Pack includes three new playable Legendary Lords, enabling you to select the corrupted and powerful Chaos Warriors as your race in the Grand Campaign.

Featuring unique new mounts, units and creatures, this Race Pack also brings with it a brand new, narrative-driven quest chain for each Legendary Lord, and an armoury of magic items.

High King Edition:

Activision and Treyarch have released the official Call of Duty: Black Ops III launch gameplay trailer. Call of Duty: Black Ops III will be available on November 6th for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360, and PC.

R.A. Salvatore Discusses Neverwinter: Underdark

Author R.A. Salvatore visited Cryptic Studios to discuss his involvement with Neverwinter: Underdark. In an interview alongside Neverwinter’s executive producer, Rob Overmeyer, Salvatore shares details about the characters he created including Drizzt Do’Urden and recounts his experience seeing them come to in the free-to-play MMORPG.

Neverwinter: Underdark will be released on PC in Fall 2015 and Xbox One in 2016.

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes Now Available

Nintendo today announced that The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes is now available for the Nintendo 3DS. Three heroes must form a legendary trio to tackle dungeons and defeat bosses together as a team. Presented in the same top-down style as The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, players solve puzzles and dress Link in a range of outfits to enable new abilities that enhance their adventure.
